In case you receive the Kiwi Ears - Quintet with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

The Quintet excel in achieving the rare combination of large soundstage and precise imaging, with exceptional clarity and treble extension in their price range.
Given that there are so many great models out on the market right now, it’s rare to find a sound signature this memorable, especially considering the price.
In my opinion, that’s a much better way to go, and considering how successfully Kiwi Ears has tuned Quintet, the end-result speaks for itself.
The Kiwi Ears Quintet is an engaging, well-tuned pair of IEMs that make use of a unique 5-driver configuration.

Quintet is definitely worth considering

As someone who's not deeply entrenched in the world of audiophiles but has experience with a few IEMs, I found the KE Quintet to be a standout choice.
The mids on the Quintet are particularly impressive, offering a clear and immersive experience that's perfect for vocals and instruments. The bass, while not overpowering, is just right for my taste, providing a solid foundation without drowning out other frequencies. Great pair of IEM's

This is my review of the KE-Quintet.
Sound quality is excellent. Paired it with the Shanling U2 DAC -result was crisp clear sound. Checked with variety of music types, indian classical, western classical and film music. Sound was clear, especially the mids and highs.Overall a worthy purchase.

The signature resembles the Harman target but the base does not leak and there is clarity in highs and separation of instruments is also good.
Overall it's a good pair of iems.
