So I ordered this unboxed diversion of the IEM, so I got the IM in one colour. I ordered white colour the entire set, but the IEM were in one colour which was white and the wire was in black colour. I think someone has taken the good looking wire from my IEM and replaced it with something else. There were something missing. The box was very much bore out. It looks very old like used by so many people I do not recommend this. Please don't do this so many people it feels like so many people have ordered this and you know, use that and return it back and it doesn't just to save two 300. This is not worth it guys. Please don't do it. I am. I'm crying myself out. I can't wait anymore for the exchange, all that's why I'm not doing it, but this is very wrong. I shouldn't have done it. This is the worst experience. I'm having. I waited very eagerly for this. I am and now I feel really bad for trying to save two 300 by using unboxed because they are giving very much worn out, IEM'S. { see how cheap it look's 😭}
Absolutely loving the sound of the Truthear Gate and everything about it, the package (unboxed) as a whole (including that claustrophobic pouch haha). Lovely separation and stage. Super easy to listen to, very lean, clean bass and surprisingly good amount of it (though I was not looking for it in this particular iem). This IEM is the best audio experience for me personally.
Being an unboxed item it came in reasonably good condition. I washed all the tips under running water, dried them, wiped the whole unit with an earbud and they looked good as new.
Been using SoundID app from Sonarworks to eq the IEMs. Just loving the experience overall. Thank you to the team at Headphone Zone!

As a former owner of hola I'd say the sound signature has improved but I still prefer the hola build quality overall gate still packs a punch for it's price a great iem pick for beginners

I have owned and loved my previous pair of Truther Hola's sadly the cable didn't survive but the Gate's are wonderful and i get to use the cable that came with it id say the Gate is a more of a bass head tuned IEM compared to the Hola which I do prefer

I recently purchased a pair of IEMs from the "Unboxed" category, and I regret it. The product description didn't mention that important accessories, such as the Truthear leather case and extra eartips, would be missing. These accessories are typically included in the original box but were absent in my unboxed unit.
After reaching out to customer service, they did send me the pouch, which I appreciated. However, they informed me that there were no spare eartips available. I find this hard to believe, especially when the extra eartips are supposed to be included in the original packaging. This is frustrating, as those eartips are a key part of the IEMs' usability and comfort.
What’s the point of removing free accessories that come with the IEMs? If you’re buying a product that’s labeled as “Unboxed,” you should still receive everything that originally came with it unless clearly stated otherwise. In my case, this wasn’t the case at all.
I would recommend staying away from the "Unboxed" IEMs unless you're okay with missing out on essential accessories that are usually part of the deal. It’s disappointing that they didn’t take responsibility for what was missing, and I won't be purchasing from here again.
The sound I felt was like in straight line when compared with chu 2 dsp

Tho I won't recommend this over chu 2 dsp for beginners.chu 2 is fun this more like professional
