OUR COLLABS

The Products We've Put Our Name On.

1 in 3 of what we sell now carries the Headphone Zone name. Built with brands we trust, for the Indian audiophile community. Every one passed the same test: would we recommend it to a friend? If the answer is anything less than yes, our name does not go on it.

OUR STAMP

The Highest Endorsement We Can Give.

Putting our name on a product is the highest endorsement we can give. We listen to it for weeks. We end up with a point of view we are happy to defend, and a recommendation we would make to a friend, by name, without hesitation.

Most products we evaluate don't clear that bar. The sound isn't good enough for the price, the brand is difficult to work with on after-sales, or a product we already carry does the same job better.

The few that do become our collabs. Some are products built from a blank brief by brands we trust. Others are exclusive variants made for the Indian audiophile community.

That is the discipline behind the stamp. It is what makes our name worth something.

WHY THESE EXIST

"There were gaps. An IEM we loved was priced too high in India. We kept getting asked for a DAC under three thousand rupees, but the right one didn't exist. And no matter which IEM you bought, the eartips never fit right.

So we went to brands we trusted and asked them to help us make these for the Indian audiophile community.

Each collab is a small bet that we know what audiophiles in India want. That bet is the whole business, really."

HOW WE COLLABORATE

Shaped By Listening.

Every co-branded product starts with a conversation.

The idea might come from our audiophile community in India, things they keep asking for or wish existed. Or it might come from us, frustration with a gap nobody else is filling.

We take the idea to a brand we trust. They build it. We listen and give feedback on tuning, price, and fit. They refine before the product launches with our name next to theirs.

It doesn't always go that smoothly. When we went to ddHiFi about a value-for-money IEM for beginners in India, their founder Demond Ding pushed back. Why does the world need another budget IEM, he asked. Why not make something that hasn't been done in the segment instead? That conversation became the Iris and the Skyfall.

Other times the brief is more direct. The Hi-Res DAC came from what our Gurus kept hearing audiophiles ask about on calls. The Ultimate Eartip Set came from a frustration we kept having ourselves. Too many headphones came with the wrong tips in the box.

That is what a Headphone Zone collab is. Brands we trust doing what they do best, on briefs shaped by what audiophiles in India keep asking for.

OUR PROMISE

Hear The Difference, Or Every Rupee Back.

Pick a song you have known for years. Play it on any of our co-branded products. If you do not hear something new in it, we refund you in full.

We make this promise because we do not expect to issue refunds. We have listened to every product before putting our name on it. We know what happens when an audiophile in India sits down with a properly set up chain and a track they have loved for years.

The promise is there for the audiophile who is unsure about taking the leap.

Our Headphone Gurus

Not sure what to buy? Good.

That is exactly what we are here for.

Our Headphone Gurus have listened to everything we carry. They have strong, highly opinionated views on all of it. They often disagree with each other, sometimes violently. And that is exactly what makes them great.

Their job is not to sell you something. It is to share their passion with as many people as they can.
