FIIO UNVEILS A NEW CHAPTER IN HIGH-END AUDIO
The new M15S starts a new chapter in the FiiO high-end, sharing the same technologies as the portable desktop-grade M17 player and the portable desktop-grade amp Q7 that give you desktop-level performance in a portable package - including desktop mode, dual power supply modes, and five gain levels. The "desktop/portable dual power supply modes," as featured on the portable desktop-grade player M17 and the portable desktop-grade amp Q7 have been well-received by the audiophile community, which is why FiiO sought to put this technology on other products. With the implementation of the dual power supply modes onto the M15S with its more ergonomic design, the M15S is the ideal combination of portability and high performance.
FEATURES ESS SABRE DAC CHIP FOR AN ELITE-LEVEL SONIC PERFORMANCE
The latest and greatest desktop ES9038PRO DAC chip with eight independent D/A converters is employed in the M15S. Each channel uses four D/A converters in parallel to form a fully differential output for a rich and highly resolving sound. The FiiO M15S supports up to 384kHz-32bit/DSD256 natively and has global 8X MQA decoding
EXCEPTIONAL POWER OUTPUT WITH FIVE GAIN-LEVEL SETTINGS
The M15S offers five-level gain settings allowing you to switch between low, medium, high, and over-ear headphone gain settings when using battery power. The enhanced over-ear headphone gain level is also available; when it is under USB power mode, enabling undistorted power output up to 1200mW per channel, enough to drive a wide variety of IEMs and headphones. The FiiO M15S also has a fully separated digital power supply that reduces crosstalk and interference. It also features a multi-stage analogue power supply, high precision and low noise for early signal processing. With the multi-voltage servo power supply for the headphone amp, M15S is capable of driving low and high-impedance loads.
GRAPHENE HEAT DISSIPATION TECHNOLOGY FOR HIGH-POWER AND STABLE OUTPUT
FiiO has incorporated a Graphene heat dissipation technology into the M15S to provide cooling for consistent high-power output. Advanced and highly efficient heat dissipation design allows the M15S to maintain stable temperatures and continuously deliver high power output. The M15S has a dedicated metal shield, graphene, and high thermal conductivity silica gel over hotspots for maximum heat dissipation. To shield from interference as much as possible, the M15S employs a nickel-copper shield. It shields the analogue portion of the audio circuit and the main SoC to ensure the purity of the analogue signals travelling through. In addition, stacked onto the shield are other heat dissipation and shielding materials and wave-absorbing paper. Clean, highly-resolving sound is intended to be produced by premium components and thoughtful shielding design.
DOUBLES-UP AS A DESKTOP OR PORTABLE MUSIC PLAYER
When in the dedicated desktop mode and under USB fast charging, the M15S will transform essentially into a desktop device and work without the battery. The battery will neither be charged nor discharged, preventing premature degradation of the battery under this mode. The M15S not only features the "desktop/portable dual power supplies" as seen in other FiiO products but it is also equipped with an automatic "auxiliary DC power supply" - the M15S can automatically recognize when fast charging through USB is being used and automatically switches to use the highest-voltage power supply, leading to an increase of 26.67% in power supply for even more power output. Even when not using the fast-charging adapter, the M15S can automatically switch to a higher-voltage power supply that is enough to drive most headphones.
NOTE: Fast charging is activated as soon as it detects QC/PD fast charging through USB.
MULTI-STAGE AUDIO CIRCUIT FUSED WITH CRYSTAL OSCILLATORS FOR FAITHFUL REPRODUCTION
The M15S features a multi-stage audio circuit with IV, LPF, gain adjustment and amplifier sections. High-precision and low-noise film resistors ensure more accurate signal reproduction and channel balance. The Panasonic low-loss metalized film capacitors guarantee extremely low harmonic and phase distortion within the LPF part of the circuit. Audio data is passed through a FiiO-developed 4th-gen FPGA with phase-locked loop technology, which works with two custom Japanese NDK femtosecond crystal oscillators to provide a high-precision and low-jitter unified clock source for the entire audio architecture. This design architecture is all done in the pursuit of purer sound.
EXPERIENCE MUSIC WIRELESSLY WITH BLUETOOTH AND WIFI SUPPORT
FiiO M15S supports Bluetooth v5.0 and supports the latest Bluetooth codecs. The M15S wireless capabilities include AirPlay, DLNA streaming and transmission, and Bluetooth. The Qualcomm QCC5124 chips, also used in other FiiO products, manage Bluetooth, enabling the M15S to handle 2-way Bluetooth transmission and reception. It supports LDAC, aptX Adaptive, aptX LL, aptX HD, aptX, AAC, and SBC in Bluetooth reception mode. It is compatible with LHDC, LDAC, aptX HD, aptX, AAC, and SBC, just like in Bluetooth transmitter mode. Get a whole new experience by going wireless with the M15S. FiiO M15S also provides dual-band 2.4/5GHz WiFi support with DLNA transmission and reception, AirPlay, WiFi transmission, Roon Ready, etc. 
CONTINUOUS PLAYTIME OF 10.5 HOURS ON A SINGLE CHARGE
Despite its portable size, the M15S features a large 6200mAh battery that ensures all-day listening, whether you are using Single-ended or Balanced output. Battery charge optimization and battery protection systems ensure that the battery will last for a long time. It provides a battery life of up to 10.5 hours using the Single-ended headphone out and up to 9 hours using the Balanced connection. You don't have to worry about running out of juice as the M15S supports fast charging and gets fully recharged in approx 3.5 hours.

The FiiO M15S has an internal memory of 4GB and internal storage of 64GB (46GB usable) with expandable storage of up to 2TB with the provided TF card slot.
DESIGNED TO IMPRESS WITH MULTIFUNCTION KNOB AND THOUGHTFUL INPUTS AND OUTPUTS
FiiO has built the M15S elegantly and will instantly grab your attention as soon as you pull it out of the box. The M15S features a combination of timeless styling and modern technological touches that give it an elegant appearance that is enjoyable and easy to use. It has a 3.5mm Single-ended headphone output, with line out and coaxial out support and 2.5mm & 4.4mm Balanced headphone outputs. Volume on the M15S can be adjusted either with an analogue potentiometer knob or with buttons, allowing you to fine-tune through the 120 levels. Feel free to turn the volume knob to your heart's content, as the integrated rotary encoder is highly precise. Even if you accidentally drop the device, the encoder is securely fixed, ensuring the continued reliability of the volume knob. The volume knob features RGB lights, which can be customised in brightness, colour, and behaviour under various device statuses.
NOTE: Encoder rated durability > 30000 cycles (360° forward rotation+360° reverse rotation is 1 cycle).

The M15S offers five-level gain settings allowing you to switch between low, medium, high, and over-ear headphone gain settings when using battery power. The enhanced over-ear headphone gain level is also available; when it is under USB power mode, enabling undistorted power output up to 1200mW per channel, enough to drive a wide variety of IEMs and headphones. The FiiO M15S also has a fully separated digital power supply that reduces crosstalk and interference. It also features a multi-stage analogue power supply, high precision and low noise for early signal processing. With the multi-voltage servo power supply for the headphone amp, M15S is capable of driving low and high-impedance loads.
GRAPHENE HEAT DISSIPATION TECHNOLOGY FOR HIGH-POWER AND STABLE OUTPUT
FiiO has incorporated a Graphene heat dissipation technology into the M15S to provide cooling for consistent high-power output. Advanced and highly efficient heat dissipation design allows the M15S to maintain stable temperatures and continuously deliver high power output. The M15S has a dedicated metal shield, graphene, and high thermal conductivity silica gel over hotspots for maximum heat dissipation. To shield from interference as much as possible, the M15S employs a nickel-copper shield. It shields the analogue portion of the audio circuit and the main SoC to ensure the purity of the analogue signals travelling through. In addition, stacked onto the shield are other heat dissipation and shielding materials and wave-absorbing paper. Clean, highly-resolving sound is intended to be produced by premium components and thoughtful shielding design.
DOUBLES-UP AS A DESKTOP OR PORTABLE MUSIC PLAYER
When in the dedicated desktop mode and under USB fast charging, the M15S will transform essentially into a desktop device and work without the battery. The battery will neither be charged nor discharged, preventing premature degradation of the battery under this mode. The M15S not only features the "desktop/portable dual power supplies" as seen in other FiiO products but it is also equipped with an automatic "auxiliary DC power supply" - the M15S can automatically recognize when fast charging through USB is being used and automatically switches to use the highest-voltage power supply, leading to an increase of 26.67% in power supply for even more power output. Even when not using the fast-charging adapter, the M15S can automatically switch to a higher-voltage power supply that is enough to drive most headphones.
NOTE: Fast charging is activated as soon as it detects QC/PD fast charging through USB.
MULTI-STAGE AUDIO CIRCUIT FUSED WITH CRYSTAL OSCILLATORS FOR FAITHFUL REPRODUCTION
The M15S features a multi-stage audio circuit with IV, LPF, gain adjustment and amplifier sections. High-precision and low-noise film resistors ensure more accurate signal reproduction and channel balance. The Panasonic low-loss metalized film capacitors guarantee extremely low harmonic and phase distortion within the LPF part of the circuit. Audio data is passed through a FiiO-developed 4th-gen FPGA with phase-locked loop technology, which works with two custom Japanese NDK femtosecond crystal oscillators to provide a high-precision and low-jitter unified clock source for the entire audio architecture. This design architecture is all done in the pursuit of purer sound.
EXPERIENCE MUSIC WIRELESSLY WITH BLUETOOTH AND WIFI SUPPORT
FiiO M15S supports Bluetooth v5.0 and supports the latest Bluetooth codecs. The M15S wireless capabilities include AirPlay, DLNA streaming and transmission, and Bluetooth. The Qualcomm QCC5124 chips, also used in other FiiO products, manage Bluetooth, enabling the M15S to handle 2-way Bluetooth transmission and reception. It supports LDAC, aptX Adaptive, aptX LL, aptX HD, aptX, AAC, and SBC in Bluetooth reception mode. It is compatible with LHDC, LDAC, aptX HD, aptX, AAC, and SBC, just like in Bluetooth transmitter mode. Get a whole new experience by going wireless with the M15S. CONTINUOUS PLAYTIME OF 10.5 HOURS ON A SINGLE CHARGE
Despite its portable size, the M15S features a large 6200mAh battery that ensures all-day listening, whether you are using Single-ended or Balanced output. Battery charge optimization and battery protection systems ensure that the battery will last for a long time. It provides a battery life of up to 10.5 hours using the Single-ended headphone out and up to 9 hours using the Balanced connection. You don't have to worry about running out of juice as the M15S supports fast charging and gets fully recharged in approx 3.5 hours.

It has a 3.5mm Single-ended headphone output, with line out and coaxial out support and 2.5mm & 4.4mm Balanced headphone outputs. Volume on the M15S can be adjusted either with an analogue potentiometer knob or with buttons, allowing you to fine-tune through the 120 levels. Feel free to turn the volume knob to your heart's content, as the integrated rotary encoder is highly precise. Even if you accidentally drop the device, the encoder is securely fixed, ensuring the continued reliability of the volume knob. The volume knob features RGB lights, which can be customised in brightness, colour, and behaviour under various device statuses.
