3. Do you order the product from the brand as soon as I place the order?
We do not immediately order the product but add it in the upcoming order.

4. Will you be giving me updates?
Once we have ordered the product and have a confirmed timeline, we will give you an update.

5. I’d like to make changes to/cancel my order?
You can only cancel/make changes to your order until we place the order with the brand. Since the product is specifically being ordered for you, we will be unable to cancel/make changes once we order the product from the brand.

In case you receive the Burson Audio - Composer 3X Performance with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

Burson Audio introduces the Composer 3X Performance, an old school DAC and Pre-Amp combination that does not use DSP to over-sample or reprocess the original digital signal. Burson Composer 3X Performance accurately presents audio from MP3s to native DSD512 without any colouring. Equipped with a powerful SABRE32/ESS9038Q2M DAC chip, a minimal signal path and a mighty power supply, the Composer 3X Performance follows an old school design approach, and it recreates the original art with pinpoint accuracy. This approach is unusual as many DACs utilise a tube output in parallel to a solid-state output to sweeten the analogue signal and attract eyeballs, but not the Composer 3X Performance.

The Composer 3X Performance also features XMOS USB receiver chips with support for PCM 768kHz & DSD512 natively. With this XMOS chip, the Composer 3X Performance connects seamlessly with all PC, Mac, iOS and Android devices. For the output stage, you get XLR connection, RCA and for the input stage, you get 24bit 192k Coaxial and Toslink connectors. BALANCED SIGNAL PATH WITH OPAMP ROLLING AND PRE-AMP CAPABILITIES

The Burson Composer 3X Performance is a testimony to the less-is-more design approach. It utilises a short signal path to yield accuracy and transparency. The entire audio signal path of the Composer 3X Performance is about the size of two stamps. This symmetrical, fully balanced signal path is free from inferior IC Opamps. Instead, it uses Burson V6Vivid discrete Opamp, which is regarded for its sound. Burson highly encourages Opamp rolling, meaning is that you can change, upgrade and even try out various Opamps to suit your sonic taste. The Composer 3X allows Opamp rolling with gold plated DIP8 sockets along its signal path. The Composer 3X Performance is also a powerful Pre-Amp with low output impedance and two gain levels, making it the perfect match for any amplifiers and active speakers.

UTILISING BURSON’S PROPRIETARY MAX CURRENT POWER SUPPLY FOR CLEAN POWER

The Composer 3X Performance features the same Max Current Power Supply (MCPS) that has made the Conductor 3 Reference legendary. A technology developed, owned and used exclusively by Burson Audio, the MCPS raises voltage frequency from 50Hz to 170kHz, pushing noise beyond human hearing. This power supply overcame the disadvantages of both linear power supplies and conventional switching power supplies, resulting in incredible dynamic and micro-details. The Burson Composer 3X Performance utilises 4sets of MCPS, eliminating any cross-interference between the components.
