3. Do you order the product from the brand as soon as I place the order?
We do not immediately order the product but add it in the upcoming order.

5. I’d like to make changes to/cancel my order?
You can only cancel/make changes to your order until we place the order with the brand. Since the product is specifically being ordered for you, we will be unable to cancel/make changes once we order the product from the brand.

In case you receive the Chord - Étude with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

ERROR-CORRECTION AMPLIFICATION TECHNOLOGY FUSED WITH SWITCH-MODE POWER SUPPLY

From the get-go, Chord Electronics’ amplifiers pushed the technology envelope producing amplifiers with switch-mode power supplies (SMPS). The multi-feedback and dual feed-forward error-correction amplifier technology used in Étude automatically adjusts and compensates the individual linearity of the 250-watt lateral structure high-power proprietary MOSFETs. There are three separate high-frequency switch-mode power supply units for each active power rail and the auxiliary rails. Étude is a fast amplifier with superior internal shielding, actively cooled plenum chamber design and Chord Electronics MOSFETs. Although the amplifier delivers the power of 150W into 4, it can be increased to 300W into 4 using Étude in bridged mono mode. Étude powers in mute for a few seconds before switching to play mode with a gentle click of a relay, this effectively serves as a quiet start and power-down. This process is carried out without clicks, pops, or thumps from the speakers when powering on the Étude.

A CLASS-LEADING PERFORMANCE WITH VARIOUS CONNECTIVITY AND EXPANSION OPTIONS

The Étude amplifier skillfully integrates elements of Chord Electronics' traditional amplifier designs with its personality, and the two meld perfectly. There are both balanced XLR and single-ended RCA inputs on the back panel. The lone power button is next to the IEC power input, and the only indication lights are the blue LEDs on the circuit board, which are visible via the vent holes on the front and top right-hand sides of the Étude.

ECCENTRIC FEATURES AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS PRESENT LUSH AUDIO

The Chord Electronics sound is about balanced detail that delivers an intriguing listening experience. Étude also excels in the speed and pace of the presentation. Chord Electronics' characteristic precision and clarity of tone, dynamics, and detail are combined in a single package in Étude. It comprises key features like Class AB Sliding Bias, HF Switch Mode Power Supply, Chord MOSFET, Fully Balanced Circuitry, Fan Cooling, Stereo Balanced XLR Inputs, Stereo Unbalanced RCA Inputs, and Bridging capability of 300w with 4 Ohms of impedance. Étude delivers an Output Power of 150w RMS per channel @ 0.05% distortion into 4Ω and a Frequency Range of 5Hz – 100kHz +/- 0.5dB. It has an Input Impedance of 100kΩ unbalanced/Balanced.
