However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. Final Audio ZE3000 did not let me down and it was quite nice to see Final’s first entry to the TWS field. Now I am much more excited about the future and I am very curious about what the Final will bring to this ever-growing industry.
The ZE3000 offers a level of sound fidelity that’s rarely heard on most Bluetooth products, providing detail and clarity that resembles more of what you’re used to hearing on some of their best IEMs.
The ZE3000 has been a hugely enjoyable mixture of surprise and delight. Throw in Final’s usual sleek aesthetics, build quality and design and it all adds up to package that makes a compelling argument for your consideration.

Near Perfect...

Pros
- Soundstage is pretty big and imaging is quite accurate.
- All frequencies are treated with equal respect, though attack appears to be slightly sharper, and I wish the highs were a little more spread out.
- I have tried listening along with the Equalizer in Apple Music, but I found the sound without equalizer to be more natural and studio-like.
- The bass is not overly punchy, and that is a good thing.
- Bluetooth connectivity is super fast, very easy, and very reliable.
- I was not expecting the microphone to be any good, but I have had multiple conference calls using these earbuds, with no complaints.

Cons
- The led indictors in the charging case are really of no use, because the same color to show 10% to 99% battery is not helpful at all.
- It's not very easy and actually somewhat tricky to pull the earbuds out of the case. The case should have opened at least 1 or 2 mm more to give enough space to pull the earbuds comfortably. And I have thin fingers, so I am not sure how others are able to handle this issue.

Others
- These earbuds were really made with the philosophy of "do one thing, and do it well". So there's no ANC, no transparency etc. But that's ok, because in other earbuds I have found these things to be more of a marketing tactic, and not serving any useful purpose.

Overall
- After about couple of weeks of usage, I can say with certainty that Final ZE3000 really brings out the best in your playlist, no matter how complex the sound texture is. My playlist is almost entirely Rock (Classic / Progressive / Metal), and I can hear previously unheard sounds even in those songs which I would have listened to like a million times already.
Finally, though I don't believe that "burn-in" is actually scientific, but there's a part of me that still wishes the sound will get warmer as time passes by :)

Maybe the 1st TWS to give wired setups a run for their money

Pros
- Great comfort. Very light and the fit is perfect.
- Excellent tonality and this is not just with respect to TWS. The tonality is great in general. A hint of warmth without any emphasis on any frequencies, but also without any hint of roll off on both ends.
- Great soundstage and imaging. Not as big as E5000 but bigger than E3000 IMO. Imaging is also pretty accurate. You can easily pin point the instruments.
- Very competent technicalities. The driver is fast. So it doesn't lose its foot when technically challenging stuff are played. That may be a first for a TWS.
- No Bluetooth connectivity issues. Aptx adaptive and aptx supported, no aptx HD support.
- Very well designed and ergonomical case. Slips right into the pocket and feels very nice to hold. The textured surface is also pretty nice.

Cons
- The touch controls are at the exact position where you keep your index finger when holding it. You will learn to hold it differently pretty quick though.
- No ANC, transparency, ear detection etc but you probably made the choice knowing that.
- The light in the TWS blinks a bit too much. That's nitpicking but may be useful for someone listening in dark room.
- They could have given a pouch especially considering even E3000 came with a pouch.

In a way, you can say it is a bargain / VFM compared to wired setup since you don't need additional DAC, cable etc to get a pretty great sound. My references are using and compared to Final E5000, E3000, Etys ER2XR, Tin P1 plus, E1DA 9038s, Powerdac2.1 , Ovidius B1 , Sonata HD Pro etc. I bought it because my new phone didn't have 3.5mm and I didn't want to ruin the USB C port. It certainly holds upto my ""standard (whatever that is lol)"" . I would say you will be giving away far less in terms of sound quality for the convenience than you might expect.

Final why?

I don’t know who is to be blamed here the the headphone zone team or the manufacturer and to be honest I will be over stepping my bounds by says headphone zone didn’t try to help me by replacing the product and even tried to give me refund but the product I received as replacement has it’s hinge loose and ear pieces didn’t properly show battery status. Product is fine for now also the sound quality is good for tws earphones. I have used final before which were wired they were really good in sound and also in build quality but these ze3000 were just a disappointment especially in the build and engineering quality part.

My new “Final ZE3000”

My previous earphones were the Lypertek Z3, have been using them for almost a year and a sudden split of one of the earphone pieces forced to me look for an additional pair. My workouts are lifeless without my earphones. So the hunt began for a new pair. My preference was a pair which was good for gym/sports so had to have the IPX. I love my music be it House, Pop, Techno, Electronic etc, I needed a put which would do justice and then on recommendation from Headphone Zone, I dived into purchasing the ZE3000 on their Recommendation. I must say these are a beauty. It performs just superbly balancing the lows and mids perfectly. I am not a fan of highs so that takes care of that. Still need to explore them a bit more. Will review once again later
