What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

In case you receive the Final - A5000 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

Return request cancelled- Thank God!

I got my Final A5000 2 weeks back. It was a roller coaster ride for me. In the sense, right out of the box I hated then for how they sound. In fact, I place a return request, but luckily(and I mean it), my return request got cancelled. But after around 80 hours of burn in, oh man.. they are orgasm for my ears.
Here's my breakdown of pre and post burn in ( not sure whether it was all hardware burn in or psychological burn in.

Pre burn in -
Pros -
1) Super Comfy and light - you can sleep with them
2) Wiiiiiiide soundstage, great imaging and instrument separation
Cons-
1) Lacking midbass, very recessed vocals, highs were sibilant for my taste, excess sparkle.

Post Burn in of 80 hours , the tables flipped
Pros - apart from the pros listed for pre burn in
1) The bass got super clean, precise, noticeable with good headroom, and it even rumbled. There was more bass than I have ever heard in a neutral iem, but certainly not at basshead levels. Especially the midbass was very prominent, and Anyways the subbass was already good.
2) The mids felt more intimate, and timbre felt close to accurate.. I could hear the breaths in vocals, the finger play in strings, it felt ever so natural.
3) Highs - The biggest surprise, the highs surprisingly smoothened up, transitioning from sibilant to nuanced and detailed, with an airiness, that elevated the holographic imaging in the soundstage. Of course it was still bright, but now leaning towards neutralise bright. And that excess sparkle was now reduced to just the right amount, to make the soundstage and imaging feel more special in a Final way.

Final verdict - These iems are a special breed, give them time and they will return back the favor 100, times more. These are pure bliss for my ears, giving you a open back headphone experience in a tiny comfy iem form factor, versatile for all genres, with excellent audio quality. I am so overwhelmed by the Final A5000, that unless these give up on me, I won't give up on my A5000. Now I understand why they have named the brand Final, because after A5000, you won't enjoy listening on anything else.

Note - You can eq them by boosting the mid bass to +1, and treble to -1, the sound ultimate. Nonetheless, without eqz it's still excellent.

Please do not ask me to compare against other Final Iems, as this is my first Final purchase.

Niche , unique , smooth and nice subtle bass

Damn....this has such a clean sounding driver , the separation,detail, decay , omg its perfects but the vocals can be thin , but the instruments whilst listening to some songs ohhhh ,the mids are recessed , female vocals dont suffer much , used poweramp auto eq omg it became better , taste is subjective but to me this is not great , not good not okay , its truly weirdly fitting to my taste , its impressive even , at its uniqueness, its not special but its hella niche and great at it , electronic , rock , indie songs with female vocal tracks are perfect , i listened to themarias run your mouth, 👄 it was perfect , down to the last details , absolutely yummers , female vocals are intimate but male vocals are lil thin ofc to which you can tweak using eq , the details and separation is great ,the mid tho ... Not so velvety ahah the soundstage is great the japanese company did made this great soundstage for high 3 dio audio it seems ahaha , its so good .... Overall at this price range you can do better but this iem is comfortable , better cable than the a8000 yes , light weight , niche sound which can be highly subjective to ones music taste , amazing purchase for me , i had to lock in and buy this , great experience with rock music , tweaked it and listened to country music oh mai the details , separation and the vocal oof its so smooth .

Listening Music on anything else must be a crime.

Final A5000 easily surpassed every instrument i ever had to listen to music be it KZ ZX10 Pro, Audio Technica M 50, 1More Triple driver, VModa, Sony XM4, XM5, Samsung Buds 3 Pro, Senheiser Momentum.
The emotion and experience is impossible to put in words accurately so I will only say it's a no-nonsense IEM made just to satiate a Die-Hard Audiophile, that's it.
What will melt your ears is it's natural Tonality, clean Separation, almost 3d placement of instruments in a ultra Wide soundstage, ample Bass, Full and Potent Sound and specially the caressing warmth without compromising the brightness, I tried many Chi-Fi product at Headphone Connect Event ranging from 2000 to 10000 but found all of them extremely biased towards brightness even to the point of being screechy.
Final Audio has managed to get that almost perfect balance of warmth and brightness, I was super impressed by their humbly priced VR 500 as well.
To sum it up if you are a true Audiophile you will get much more than what you spend here, the satisfaction that it deliver is priceless.

Great Upgrade

Very well balanced sound and little bit leaning towards v-shape. Soundstage is great, never experienced such wide and accurate soundstage. Loving it...

Ahh what a iem...it's worth of every penny...
I love it's comfort..small n light superb build quantity
..coming to sound I used RHA 500 SOUNDMAGIC 80.. MOONDROP ARIA...N ORIVEDI OD 200 ... nothing comes closer to A5000 in terms of sound quality it s base trible sound stage..ahh no word ..one should experience it..
Strange thingvit sounds brullilty with headphone DAC than my isbasso dcopro 4... finally big thanks to HEADPHONE ZONE

Sound quality may be pretty subjective, but I love these things. The soundstage is great, they have good bass (not rumbling - bass heads look elsewhere), and while they might flirt with being bright, highs are clean and detailed.

They may not appear or look as premium as other IEMs at their price, but they’re solid performers and really comfortable, being as lightweight as they are.

First Final Audio IEM and its very promising...

I have a bunch of IEMs that I generally rotate from ety er3xr, periodic audio be, drop erx and sennheiser ie 300 balanced and this is my first Final Audio IEM...
I will not say I'm totally blown away because it is competing against pretty good competition.. that said it is very promising in the early days because I have observed that dynamic driver IEMs grow over a period of time..
One observation is you need to feed it with very good source and hi-res audio only, otherwise you'll definitely be disappointed.. I'm currently driving them in balanced mode from BTR7 and I can easily differentiate when a song is mastered good and when it's not.. most of my other dynamic IEMs are good even if the mastering is ok, not with a5000.. but when it's good, a5000 soars and I'm hoping it will get much better as it ages.. very happy with the addition.. HPZ is doing amazing job as always..
