A Sale For Absolutely No Reason

The No Particular Reason Sale

We checked the calendar twice. No festival, no founder's birthday, no anniversary we could pin it to. There's genuinely no occasion here. Just 150+ deals, up to 50% off, on gear we actually love.

And yet, every July, here we are.

It started years ago as a bit of an inside joke. Around the time the big sales roll out each year, people kept writing in to ask where ours was. So we made one up, gave it the most honest name we could think of, and somehow it turned into one of the biggest and most chaotic weeks we have all year.

👈 Here's the story of how a sale with no reason at all became the most fun we have.

Our Headphone Gurus

Not sure what to buy? Good.

That is exactly what we are here for.

Our Headphone Gurus have listened to everything we carry. They have strong, highly opinionated views on all of it. They often disagree with each other, sometimes violently. And that is exactly what makes them great.

Their job is not to sell you something. It is to share their passion with as many people as they can.

Real People. Real Help.

Most support pages are powered by bots. Ours isn't. Every message goes to a real person on our Customer Happiness Team. They know audio, they can look up your order, and they have the authority to actually fix things.

Why we prefer email

When you write to us, we can look up your order, check with our warehouse, research your specific product, and come back with a real answer. No hold music, no transfers, no repeating yourself to three different people. And you have everything in writing if you need it later.
