The Final E5000 may not pack multi-driver configurations, but E5000 does get more than a few things right: Sound, durability and comfort, making them a top recommendation for a beginner audiophile.
The Final E4000 and E5000 fit nicely into the Final catalog, filling the empty spot between FXX00 and the Heaven. The fit and finish are nearly perfect, the case is great and you can also change the cable with no hassle.

You will love this set if you are a person who understand and appreciate the music.Compared to other brand this is a set that provides a completely different musical experience.
It has a amount of detail that is pleasurable to ears,The perfect balance of too much and too less details,reminds me of the perfect amount of peri peri needed on my taco to satisfying my taste buds. Not too spice neither too bland.
The musical frequencies are thick lush and have weight and feels genuine. Even the low res music on spotify would make you raise your eyebrows.
Overall this set provides a warm and holographic musical experience with punchy low frequencies like drums, thuds,thumps and a feeling like subwoofer.
If u want an IEM for a set instead of carrying around hefty speaker set,i would blindly say go for it.
I used sony nw-zx707 for this review.
However when i paired it with my ibasso Dx 260 mk2 i was lost in another world.The sound stage was so lively wide and tall. It was very realistic musical and captivating.a good DAP opens up detail and soundstage.
Although this set has tendency to bring out more detail then also you will enjoy the musicality of the set
Lushness,thick liquidity amd continious flowing sophasticated rich sound is the hall mark of this set.
In3 words this set is warm dark and has weighty notes to bring out the substance in what ever you listen.
I can feel the lively vibrations of air buzzing and vibrating my ear drum because of low frequency which created anrealistuc bass.
This has more mid bass then sub bass.
This set lacks that sharp top end frequency of treble region that would give u fatigue headache.this is a thick set not a thin or tinny sounding.
Treble is well done here and smooth(not too smooth either)
Midrange i would say is enough to enjoy vocals. Too much of vocal presence would make the music uncohesive and less musical.
Vocals are thick have weight and lush and tuned not point that would drown other frequencies and created a congested impact.
Again the lower frequency are nither too crystal clear nor too muddy just enough to feel the hype and sophistication of the musical experience.
This set is bang for your buck.
To make your final e5000shine pair it with a good DAC as which really pushes it to the edge.
The only thing i am unhappy about is the carrying case is not upto the expectation,but it doesnāt matter much,as it outweighs the work done by company on this set.

From the title, I hope you get the basic idea; this coming after owning much higher-end models (IEMs & Headphones) such as Sennheiser IE600, Beyerdynamic Amiron Home, T1 (3rd gen), Fidelio X2, Sony MV1 and a few more.
Specifically, let me confess that I've gifted my IE600 to a friend after listening to the E5000 long term. A slight compromise maybe in terms of soundstage width (IE600 has a slightly wider stage I feel), but in other aspects, especially in timbre accuracy, bass weight & impact, the Final is way better without question. All other aspects such as clarity, detail retrieval, dynamics etc. are on par, if not better than the IE600, which for me has slightly artificial treble reproduction.
Now this might be quite difficult to fathom for some, especially considering the large price gap, but that's the fun aspect to this hobby of ours; we get such sleeper gems every once a few years. All it needs is loads of clean power (this is one very power-hungry IEM), and a bit of an EQ (the better the source, the more the realism to the sound) as initially without any EQ the sound will be a bit dark sounding with recessed treble (although all the treble details are present).
But once a slight treble boost is effected (I'm using the crystal-clean DSP on the Mojo 2), the IEM comes into a league of its own. Of course, it still sounds like an IEM due to the soundstage, but on every other aspect it can compete with full size headphones maybe twice its price. And at current prices, you just can't find a better deal in the entire IEM market. Just get them now, and don't ever sell them (unless Final says they've launched a direct upgrade!).

Bought this unit after going through lot of reviews. Has lot of expectations and it either met them or exceeded.
Fit:
Easy and snug fit. The stock eartips fits very well.
Cable:
Looks very nice. Silvery look. Seems durable as well. But is microphonic.
Case:
Looks nice and very practical to store and carry.
Sound impressions:
It sounds smooth, lush, organic, thick and sweet.
Bass:
More than enough quantity to engulf you but still retaining the definition. Decay is moderate. Neither too quick to sound dry not too slow to sound cloudy.
Mids:
Male vocals, female vocals and string instruments sounds organic, lush, thick and sweet.
Treble:
Lower treble is smooth and relaxed but still details show up.
It's con is it's upper treble/airyness. It's too relaxed/subdued/borderline muted.
Soundstage:
Stage is enough to provide the separation yet remaining cohesive.
Sound pressure:
Almost nil. Their acoustic system really works(not just marketing gimmick).

I wanted something that would make the drums sound real. If you've stood in front of a drum set when it's bying played, you know what I mean. Not the 2 dimensional clickety clack in modern mixes. But that full bodied resonance.
These earphones let me understand if that drumskin is being tickled or being pounded. There is SO much more to this than just saying "bass-head". That term is almost an insult these days.
Here's to hearing bass WITH soundstage (close your eyes and you're ***ing there) and WITHOUT compromising overall musicality or coherence.

still in burn in period sound is opening up ......i would still recommend e3000 value for money......e5000 has less bass than e3000 ......... e5000 is very power hungry.......need lot of power so u keep that in mind normal phones wont do it justice...from what i heard instrument separation is better on e3000.......maybe after burn in period e5000 could get better.....if u have e3000 dont bother with E5000 ......E3000 comes very close........both sound more or less the same..with E5000 money we can buy 6...... E3000....... but build quality is excellent on E5000.. feels very premium.........bye. hope this helps

The stock cable is not good. Use a 4.4mm balanced cable to mmcx cable to get the most out of this iem. The stock eartips doesn't give a good sound output, so I replaced it with some old earphones rubber eartips which was stock eartips of a bluetooth neckband earphones. But After changing the eartips and cable the sound is so good that , I listen music most of the time on final e5000 . At first I thought I have lost the money, but now it's my favourite earphones.
It has won me over its has become my go to iem. Just love it.

You will love this set if you are a person who understand and appreciate music. Compared to other brand. This is a set that provides a completely different music experience.
It has an amount of detail that is pleasurable to ears. The perfect balance of too much and too less details, reminds me of the perfect amount of peri peri needed on my taco to satisfying my taste buds. Not too spicy neither too bland.
The music has weight and feels genuine even the low res music on spotify would make you raise your eyebrows.
Overall this set provides a warm musical experience with punchy and holigraphic low frequencies like drums, thuds,Thumps and a feeling like subwoofer.
If u want an IEM for a set instead of carrying around hefty speaker set.go for it.

However when i paired it with my ibasso Dx 260 mk2 i was lost in another world the sound stage being so lively wide and tall. It was so realistic musical and captivating.
Although this set has tendency to bring out more detail then also you will enjoy the musicality of the set

When i first heard this set it gives me warmth a of a significant slight warm- bitter coffee latte freshly made in an chilled winter evening made
And me laying lazy around the couch fiddling with my cold aluminium Dx260 DAP.
I would feel the lively vibrations and the air pressure buzzing and vibrating my ear drum because of low frequency.
This set lacks that sharp top end frequency of treble region that would give u fatigue headache
Treble is well done here.
Midrange i would say is enough to enjoy vocals. Too much of vocal presence would make the music uncohesive and less musical.
Vocals are sweet and lush and tuned not point that would drown other frequencies and created a congested impact.
Again the lower frequency are nither too crystal clear nor too muddy just enough to feel yhe hype and sophistication of the musical experience.
This set gave me goose bumbsnand its a bang for your buck although little underpriced i would say.
To make it shine pair it with a good DAC as it is a dark horse which needs some lashes to drive on.
The only thing i am unhappy about is the carrying case is not upto the expectation, but it doesnāt matter much, it outweighs the work done by company on this set

I have bought final E5000 for relaxed music listening. It sounds more relaxed warm sounding. Smooth treble makes it good for relaxed music listening. This is the most comfortable IEM I have used with detachable cables. My old Final E3000 , which I gave to my friend. Which sounds harsh on treble for some songs. Comparing to that this sounds so better. But the only problem is I don't have a powerful Dac to get the most out of this IEM. I have wishlisted one Dac, which is currently out of stock on headphone zone . I wish headphone zone get it back in stock soon. I like shopping on headphone zone. Thanks from Palakkad šš».
Edit : The iem cable provided by final makes noise even on slight movements. Which makes the music listening experience a little annoying. So reducing 1 star.

Looks wise, it is a head turner. Sound wise, I like the channel separation & detailed reproduction across frequencies. I am currently using this IEM with iFi Audio HIP DAC 3 & mostly play from Apple Music. Highly satisfied with the performance of this IEM.
Superb build quality and sound. This is my second final product and an upgrade after having enjoyed and having had a superb experience with the E3000. This one is more expensive but will last longer and sounds way better.

Dark sounding, needs high amplification, not easy to drive. Warm thick enveloping midbass, more bloom and slower decay. Mids are forward and has good timbre especially for vocals, piano, and sax. Treble is smooth and not fatiguing and not sharp. It has less air and resolution.
Surely requires burn in of 150-200 hours for it to open up and give its potential.
In comparision my ie600 has tight sub bass with controlled rumble. Mids are clean and a bit recessed. Vocals are accurate. Treble in ie600 is energetic with bit of sparkle and has excellent air and details and good resolution.
As can be guessed from the title, the E5000 is an absolute value for money if there ever was one. Compared to my Sennheiser IE600, they hold their own.
A few descriptors of the sound:
- Natural life-like sound
- Warm tonality
- Adding a bit of treble via hardware adjustments on my Shanling EH2 makes them absolutely sing.
Worth every rupee of its asking price. Hands down.

Excellent bulid iems from final audio. I was a bit scared to purchase another mmcx iem since i has bad experience with my ie600s, but this mmcx connection by final is exceptional, the connection is tight and secure but there is enough room for rotation of the earpieces, this is how an mmcx connection should be. Then comes the cable, its just a perfect match for the e500s. I usually switch cables with most of the iems after purchase, but i think this silver ofc cable is the best cable for the e5000 in my opinion. They sound excellent with my hiby m300s. Only wished if there was an optional 4.4 mm balanced cable from final included in the box.

First things first, if you love having details thrust into your face, this isn't for you.
That's not to say details aren't present. They're there. You just need to crank up the volume. Until the music is all around you. And then, you hear the details.
Even there, details take a back seat. Speed takes a back seat. Warmth has the steering on these.
If you're someone like me, on your computer 10 - 12 hours a day, many days even more, and you like muting the outside world and replacing it with music, and you care more about smoothness and laid-backness, so the music stays in the background, then these are for you.
Anyone looking at these would have already read the reviews, seen the videos on YouTube.
So, I'll only speak about my subjective opinion.
These aren't perfect. At first listen, these don't sound resolving, or revealing. But the details are there. You just need to listen more attentively.
The E5000 sit in my ear for hours. And they don't tire. Or bore. Sure, I need to fiddle with the volume with every song. But that's because of my app settings.
These fit great. The eartips are the best in my ear. The music is a great accompaniment. And then, when a favourite track plays, the sound is wonderful. Take a break. Enjoy the favourite song. And then, back to work, as the music returns to background.
And the best part, these are bullet style. So, if you wear glasses, like I do, then these are so easy. Push them into the ears. And that's it.
No worrying about the ear hooks messing around with the glasses. (Maybe it's just me who has this problem.)
Do I like these? Hell, yeah. I love them.
Would I recommend them? Well, not really. These aren't for everyone. I get that. They're for me. And that's just great.

These are the best earphones I have used so far. It's comfortable to wear. I wear them for more than 9 hrs everyday. The sound is amazing. I was a little iffy about the price, but after using them I think its worth it.
