In case you receive the iFi Audio - GND Defender with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

A very useful product

My subwoofer has a hum which I tried many times to resolve but was not successful till I used the IFI GND defender. The hum has completely disappeared.
I am amazed.

Ground Loop Gone - Works as advertised

I bought a tube headphone amplifier which created annoying loud hum. Found out that Ground loop was the issue. With ifi ground defender, the hum is gone totally. Anyone with ground loop issues should buy this one. It is more safer than any ground plugs available in the market which could be dangerous.

IFI Ground defender : Maximum security from ground loops

I am using a Mackie FX16v3 mixer with DBX 231s equalizer, feeding into KALI Independence8V2 studio speakers. Whenever the input was from PC there was a horrible white noise. (Doesn't happen with MAC) On the same AC input . Same grounding pin. Tried Noise isolators on RCA side. it only muffled the noise as well as the audio. Came to know about IFI products for the first time. Got it from headphone zone ( i was sure i will have to get it from USA or UK) in Bangalore. Delivered on Republic day morning. AND IT WORKED. NO Noise . Only clean Audio. Even tried to listen to that noise using seinheiser cans. it was NOT there. Product is costly but irreplaceable . THANKS HZ.

NO Ho HUM ! Ground Defender from ifi

The package arrived in 2 days flat !

My turntable was showing signs of a ground related HUM. Very low, but annoying after dark backgrounds of Hi Res Digital.

First tried the device on the power amp.
Hum was reduced, but still audible.

Now I've put in on the IEC socket of the pre-amp and Voila !

The hum is just not there anymore 😃

Nirvana...
