In case you receive the iFi Audio - xDSD Gryphon with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

I really enjoyed my time with the xDSD Gryphon. It has so much flexibility in how it can be used with its controls and connections. Its audio reproduction performance is stellar.

Best FlaGship Money Can Afford....

This is the End Game Flagship Portable DAC...The Sound coming from this Dac gives u supreme Clarity and High Resolution.the Best part of this Dac is if your a Bass Lover this Dac is must have because i can easily switch this Dac from high resolution mode to Bass Mode with analog circuit itself using XBass II But XSpace is not for speakers only for headphones and IEMs.
Charging this Dac is pretty slow idk why?.But it doesnt matter the Dac holds its charge for long based on my 3-4 hour Usage.Use this Dac with high end IEMs or Headphones bcoz it gives out full potential
Shipping is Very bad BlueDart seems never respect or Care about Headphone Zone i used to buy products from Other website who deals with Audio products they also use Bluedart the package will arrive B4 the estimated delievery date Fast and reliable But WHenever i purchase from Headzone the delievery agents Dont put Headphone zone package into priority It took me 7days to recieve this gryphon.Other websites with same bluedart take only 2-3days..I Hope headphone zone talk to Bluedart seriously

Monster Portable Dac Amp. Sounds awesome.

Nothing comes close to this Swiss knife of Portable Dac Amps. Looks like a futuristic slab of tech. Love the leds which indicate volume and other things. The xbass adds a nice punch to the sound. Volume control is tactile and clicky. Sound is punchy, warm and has enough power to drive most demanding headphones and for normal iems it’s overkill. The Oled display is clear. All in all a good buy. Could have been priced a bit lesser.
