The ADI-2 DAC FS comes with a lot of enhancements: a robust SteadyClock, a fine-tuned analogue circuitry, an MRC remote control, a powerful headphone output and a dedicated IEM output. It also embraces the best features of its predecessor like the transparent sound signature, DSP Processing and a 5-Band Parametric EQ. Overall, the ADI-2 DAC FS is a DAC with a stunning design and is designed for simplified operation making it perfect for home as well as studio applications.
A CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED, ALL-ROUND DAC FOR A POWERFUL SONIC PERFORMANCE
Taking the ADI-2 Pro a notch higher, the ADI-2 DAC FS features an upgraded, high-end AD/DA converter with two outputs for headphones and IEMs each and an efficient remote control. The background noise and other forms of audio distortions are taken care of by the advanced analogue output stage. This all-around setup allows the ADI-2 DAC FS to function as a reference DAC and it has been acclaimed by critics for its sound, dynamics and technical features.
DESIGNED FOR AN ENHANCED AND DISTORTION-FREE AUDIO OUTPUT
The upgraded ADI-2 DAC FS uses AKM's AK4493 chipset, supported by a specifically created circuit that helps the chip produce a great performance. Noise levels are kept to a minimum of 123 dBA, distortion to a minimum of -120 dB, and THD+N to a minimum of -116 dB. The IEM output has the lowest noise through a headphone output in the entire globe at -121 dBu. The ADI-2 DAC FS further improves things by providing 4 dB of digital headroom, enabling you to listen to music at high volumes without experiencing perceptible distortion. The volume control is now only used to provide an output of an undistorted analogue signal. This DAC has a low dispersion feature with a new configurable digital filter.

Modern highly sensitive IEMs often face issues like floor noise and other kinds of audio distortions. THE MOST REQUESTED FEATURE OF AN AUTODARK MODE IS HERE
One of the most frequently requested improvements by owners of the older ADI-2 Pro is autoDark mode. In the AutoDark mode, if there is no user interaction for 10 seconds, the display, function keys, standby button, and volume knob will turn off. Any button; or control you press will turn on; the lights for 10 seconds. If you press any button on the remote, the lights will turn on for three seconds even if the AutoDark mode is turned off.
