Customers praised the "superb earphones" for exceptional sound quality with "clear audio," "awesome soundstage," and "natural, rich bass." Battery life is "outstanding" lasting days. However, build quality concerns emerged with parts breaking, cord durability issues, and charging problems after 6-12 months. Microphone quality received complaints, and some experienced connectivity issues.

- Bang on value for money with uncompromising Sound Quality and a good battery life

Wire length is not sufficient. Call receiving and disconnect is a bit tough, sometimes volume up or down buttons are pressed while receiving or disconnecting calls.
The only con is that the wire is very thin and looks like it may break easily. I am not sure how long will it last.

I bought this for ₹ 2999/- in offer. It is worth buying for this price.
Key highlights:
1. Crystal clear sound. And excellent output as compared to other bluetooth devices in this price range. (₹2000-₹4000)
2. Perfect bass (neither too much punchy nor low)
3. Good for phone calls
4. Battery life is good.
Negative:
1. Only one that it is not that attractive in looks. Earbuds are nice but the controler looks average.
Sound quality of soundmagic E11bt is good... But I am disappointed by headphonezone because of wrong advertising.... According to headphonezone E11bt has aptx as they advertise... But it doesn't has aptx it has only SBC codec... At first I am going to buy E11c but when I find out that E11bt has aptx at same price but it doesn't have aptx I feel cheated by headphonezone... Sorry but it's true...
This was my 3rd purchase from headphone zone. excellent service and product. however a bit disappointed as my E11BT are dead within about 6 months. The battery is dead now and also the buttons have almost popped out.

the silicone used in the earbuds feels a tad fragile, i doubt it is durable
the plastic body of the remote control is not appealing either
Well to be honest i was expecting this ear phone to be a bit louder. Even at full volumn im not satisfied. On the positive side the clarity is definitely there to give u the in depth music experience. The bass, mids & highs are well balanced. No problem with the mic. The fit is good and light on ears. Sound isolation is not the greatest. Battery & Bluetooth connectivity is a big plus. The thing that covers the connector is too delicate. One question, are the new E11bt buttons black? Cause in my earphones there are no white buttons.
Earlier i was using the rha ma 350 wireless since it got discontinued there was no replacement for it. But after talking to the headphone zone team i bought the Soundmagic E11BT. As i had used Soundmagic before there was no doubt that audio would be fantastic. It has some of the best audio clarity under this price range. As i am not a bass head, the bass was just fine to my liking. Battery life is just insane. I would recommend anyone to blind buy this product if you are looking for wireless iem under 4k.
Before reading my review let me tell you that I am an audiophile and also a basshead depending on my mood.
Have been using this for past 3 weeks.
I can guarantee you that they are the best sounding earphones I have ever used in this budget.
Pros:
Highs are sparkling, clean and warm. So you can listen same song repeatedly without getting bored.
Mids are recessed but sparkling. Vocals are low and tend come from a far distance. Which I do like for some reason.
Bass is tight and punchy. Low frequencies don't leak much. So beats are very well defined.
Sound stage is very wide. Sometimes feels like you are in a live concert.
Insane battery life. Since 3 weeks I have only charged them twice.
Very light and comfortable. Neckband is flexible enough.
Cons:
When I received the product, box seal was already opened the tape gum was dusty. So it ruined my unboxing experience.
Really poor wire quality. Even footpath products are built with better wire. Remote quality is also not upto the mark.
It has impedance of 42 ohms. Which is very high. Budget smartphones may not be able to drive this earphone to it's full potential. I am using this with my Oneplus 6 and they are working very well.
It has got V shaped sound signature. Vocals are recessed. If you are a person who likes balanced sound signature then you have to play with you equaliser bars to get it right.
Call quality is okay. But I don't care much about the call quality and other fancy features.
Final verdict:
Go for it blindly if your preference is sound quality and battery life.
I am extremely happy with this.
I would listen mostly illayaraja and Rahman sir songs in night time to relax or stress free. This earphone is suitable for people who look very good sound stage any time listen. Not suitable for bass head people. Think before you buy and i am happy for this purchase around 3000 bucks budget earphone.

Audio pause when earbuds are magnetized.
Better quality of ear buds.
Call quality should be same as music audio, suddenly the voice over the call drops sometimes.

Carrying pouch for the headphone is ok only (3.5/5) they could have given case in place of the pouch.
I used JBL previously but it is 10 times better than that E45 & E55 BT of JBL.
Overall I am happy with the product.
My first experience with the Handphone zone was worst but I would like to convey big thanks to the headphone zone team to provide the fast 2 days delivery for this product and good advice to buy this Bluetooth headphone. :)

Everyone has written so much on the specs on the sound quality and stuff which is absolutely true. However, the cable feels delicate and could be snapped by accident if if you're now watchful. The buds feel a tad bit heavy compared to other headphones which is good, but the cable could've been braided or flat which would've made the headset flawless.
Got the earphones 10-15 days back, these are crazy good on battery and connectivity. You will experience minimal lag in the audio and video. But these are really low on bass and volume. Have paired these with multiple devices but still the sound output is really less. These are clear but really not loud enough.
