What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.

What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

In case you receive the CCA - CRA with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

Will these IEMs sound better than stock earphones?

In general, the CCA - CRA will sound better than stock earphones that you may have used with your smartphone. These IEMs were built using high-quality drivers and materials and tuned to deliver a well-balanced sound signature. The CCA - CRA IEMs provide a much more accurate and authentic reproduction of the original music recording and present a very high overall sound quality. Using them should change how you listen to your favourite artist and allow you to rediscover music.

Do these really sound better than Wireless Earbuds?

Wireless Earbuds are no doubt convenient. But they usually sound pretty ordinary. These IEMs, although wired, are designed and built with the goal of just delivering brilliant sound. Keep in mind, wireless earphones, pack in batteries, Bluetooth receivers, electronic components and speakers that add to their cost and can end up at several times the price of an equivalent sounding wired earphone. And so, for the same budget, wireless earbuds can sound pretty ordinary compared to wired IEMs. If sound quality is a priority over convenience, wired IEMs come out ahead in terms of price, and significantly in terms of sonic performance. If your phone doesn't have a 3.5mm output, you can use a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter for android phones or a Lightning to 3.5mm adapter for Apple iPhones to connect the CCA - CRA IEMs. Alternatively, the best-sounding option is to go for a USB Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) to connect your IEMs. A good DAC makes a considerable difference to the overall sound of your set up and these DACs are highly capable and outperform inexpensive adapters. If you are looking for the best presentation of your music then a dedicated USB DAC is the way to go.

Do I really need a Digital To Analog Converter (DAC) or Amplifier to use these?

You don't necessarily need a Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) or Amplifiers to use the CCA - CRA IEMs, as they can be plugged directly into the 3.5mm output of your smartphones, tablets or laptops. They usually have enough power to drive these Earphones. However, using a dedicated DAC can improve the overall sound quality and provide a more detailed reproduction, especially if you are listening to Lossless or Hi-Res music.

Why do these IEMs have detachable cables?

IEMs don’t usually get damaged. The cables can get damaged with usage. So it’s easy to replace them if they are conveniently detachable. Detachable cables allow you to swap out different kinds of cables. These can feature materials that make a difference to the sound signature or different termination types like 2.5mm or 4.4mm, which are sometimes needed to plug into various devices. Balanced Cables are upgrade cables that make a significant difference to the sound quality when used with a device featuring a balanced output, usually a 2.5mm or 4.4mm output. Swapping the cables for a Balanced cable allows you to take advantage of the balanced output on your DAC or Player and can improve the bass, soundstage and resolution of your IEM.

Update : Tried with stock cable + Odyssey HD DAC + Power amp player ...I can declare this is the best price to performance ratio..ultimate

My 1st CCA ..this is jus because of too much hype around online community

Intially I felt like it's over hyped with OEM cable and eartips ..highs are elevated and sounds like some what artificial like typical KZ iems (CCA , KZ all same group). (If it's ur 1st iem u may like this instantly)

But after changing the stock cable to KZ 784 cores silver blue mix cable and spinfit cp100 eartips (check pics)..Iam stunned ,really

The sound signature is better than Blon 03 and almost close to my recent most favourite iem TINHIFI T3 plus (soundstage is better in T3 plus) it's cost 5800

Seriously am not able to understand or predict chifi iems..value for money is unbelievable

Iam saying this after using Moondrop SSR, quarks , TINHIFI T3 plus , blon 03 , tripowin TC01, Mele , fiio Fd1 , KZ edx Pro , Zex

So don't waste your hard earned money by experimenting on other iems , jus buy this (combo) and give me a thumps up :)

Fantastic

Best iem under 1500, a very v shape signature,
Bass is alleviated but not too much
Mids are clear,
Highs are the best i have heard in this price
Very airy
However the tonality is not that great
I would still prefer blon 03 over this
, Don't get me wrong treble performance on these is way better than blon but once you've heard the tonal quality of blon you cannot be impressed easily, separation,resolution and soundstage as per my listening is better blon bl 03.
To sum it up if you prefer a warm signature then you cannot listen to these for very long. So go for blon's
As for those who prefer a bright signature, grab these with your eyes closed before they run out of stock.

Too much treblesome.for me

I am using mi 11x(built in dolby atmos) + stock cables and the treble is piercing . Even on using equalizer i could'nt get enough bass to compensate for the excessive treble. Also the sound stage is really poor. Clarity was outstanding though.

I will keep it short and simple. NOT AN AUDIOPHILE. Dont use any DAC/AMP. dont use EQ.

I had these IEMS before buying the CRA-
1)KZ ZSN PRO X, CCA CA4, Tripowin Lea and tin t3 plus

If i had to pick the best out of them I would definitely pick the Tin T3 plus and CCA CRA. Seriously my CRA has almost the same technicalities as the T3 plus. My tin t3 plus costed me 5790 and the CRA costs just 1399

Only bad thing is the cable. its weird plastic jiggle cable that doesnt roll. I would be buying a new cable for these

Great daily driver!

Did a quick burn-in for about 30mins before I started listening to them. After a while it’s quickly becoming my new favorite, replacing my BL-03.

Build & fit:
As compared to the Blon BL-03 (where the fit, short nozzle and weird cable placement is just not comfortable) the fit of the CRA is much better, slots in perfectly. Especially with foam tips, passive sound isolation is great, coupled with the light weight construction it’s comfortable for long periods of use. Again the plastic resin could be denser and the glue application can be cleaner. Not a deal breaker though.

Bass: Tight and juicy!
It’s not boomy like on the BL-03, sub-bass response is good and not muddy/sloppy. Enough bass to enjoy music across genres, from metal to jazz to electronic.

Mid: Sounds natural and forward, vocals are clean, guitar tracks sounds really good. Though vocals sounds sightly more recessed as compared to BL-03 but overall Im preferring the CRA.

Treble: Initially I imagined that these would be on the super warm, high side (as reviews would have it) but after swapping the ear tips to foam tips (Kz/comply) it changed the highs to sound natural. Crash, cymbals sounds crisp, full and clear. With silicone tips, treble is slightly bright and cymbals etc has that tiny-sound. It’s subjective and I prefer the sound signature from foam tips.

Soundstage: It occupies a medium-large space in terms of how it projects sounds. Instrument separation is much better as compared to BL-03. Also the CRA has better detail retrieval. Had one of those “never heard that part before” moments when listening to some of my favorite songs.

Overall it’s a great value, awesome sound and will now be my new daily driver (till a get a new or better one haha). It’s really enjoyable with the right amount of everything.
