What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

7 Day Replacement Guarantee

In case you receive the CCA - CRA with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

Treble is super extended that it's unreal for this price range, even my Heart Mirror became shy. Excellent for people who like bite and energy in their music.Very good detail retrieval.
CRA have a more fun tuning without being bass or treble cannons like some of the other models in this price. The CRA also have a much nicer cable and design, and just feel better built overall despite the lower price.

The CCA CRA gives not just that but a full-bodied rumble, a punchy bass and close to no bass bleed into the mids despite that! This is not a usual gimmicky v -shaped iem from KZ with recessed mids. The vocals are close to being neutral because of the gradual descent from the lows to the mids and a gradual descent from the mids to the highs.

LOWS - a non-fatiguing thumpy sub-bass that doesn't make the overall track boomy. You'd be surprised at how punchy the bass can get without affecting other parts of the track. The mid-bass is detailed enough but doesn't have the depth that a warmer iem might have

MIDS - Vocals are very bright, and genres like R&B, blues, and jazz might not sound as laid back and dark as you might want them to. Mids aren't recessed like you'd expect of a v - shaped tuned iem so that's pretty good. But they are neutral enough for vocal-centric tracks, too.

HIGHS - contrary to popular opinion, the highs are not sparkly alone but are very, very detailed on this set for the price. The accuracy of female vocals, cymbals and electric instruments is surprisingly good. This is not to say that this set has significant sibilance. If tracks you listen to are female - vocal centric, you're probably better off getting the CHU 2 or some warmer iems in this price point.

BUILD QUALITY - all plastic, cable's not gonna last long, but < 2500 inr, you can't ask for much

FIT - I thought the 7hz zero had a fantastic fit, but the CCA CRA has such good noise isolation because of its bulky size. Also, it's all plastic, so not tiring, unlike the BL 03

SOUND STAGE - very narrow, the sub-bass gives an illusion of a deeper sound stage and the treble is extended, which offers a similar feel, but that's about it. Occasionally, vocals do feel forward even though they are not emphasised.

IMAGING - among the best in this price point, but in tracks with sounds across frequencies, this can't handle separation as well as you would want.

It's an iem that does precisely what it promises to do. It's fun and fabulous for techno, house, EDM, trance, and pop. It's not balanced, and if that is what you want, you'd hate this. On the other hand, if you have the usual balanced and warm, safely tuned sets, give this a go; it's worth it. Full of energy and very bright with a full-bodied bass is rare in this price range. But again, if you have issues with sibilance, I'd give this a pass.
