Just today, I received this headphones, I found that the left side adjuster keeps falling down. The adjuster lock is not working or broken inside the head band.
Even though used only once as I received today, good for WFH. But Headphonezone service is not at all acceptable. What if I received a non functioning headphone??? And I am not sure if I can claim warranty on this issue
Update :
Never buy from Headphonezone, if it works fine and not defective well and good. If it's not and you want to return or replace, just get ready for weeks of frustration.
It's been more than a week and yet every day I get the response that they are checking with brand and waiting for brand response. Even warranty claims won't take this long. And it's the seller who should be accountable not the brand at first place. Any other e-commerce platform it's just a click and the return or replacement is done in a day.
Here you guys have to follow up with mails and get the same useless response every single time

These headsets are savior for long Zoom meetings while WFH. Lightweight and rugged for long use. Cable is strong and long with good quality. PC 5 came with AUX pin which is much needed and an upgrade from PC 3 and more convenient than PC 8 (which cannot be easily used with Mobile).

I just love these headphones for taking calls while working from home. The sound is crystal clear and remote parties are able to hear me very clearly.
The cable is long enough for me to stand and take couple of steps either side while attending long calls. Value for money indeed.

I bought the Sennheiser PC 5 Chat, which appears to be very simple, attractive, and light. It's only useful for voice calls; I've tested it on my phone and laptop delivering good quality of voice, but don't anticipate good audio quality when listening to music. You'll be able to hear the music, but it won't make you feel good. Sennheiser has a two-year warranty, which is a plus. The provided wire length was ridiculously excessive, Lol :D You can roll about in your chair wherever you like. The Noise reduction on the microphone is okay you won't feel bad.
Sennheiser CX180 and Sennheiser CX213 were my inspirations for listening to music.
The Headphone Zone did an excellent job, delivering the product on time and with good packing. They given playlist cards, if you want you can try out in other headphones.
Note: This is not a good product to listen to audio, :P
