In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

In case you receive the Kefine - Klanar with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

Quality, Clarity, Detailing, Wide Soundstage, Comfortable..

Its all about clarify and detailing.. I can hear each instrument separately, I have never listened to this much detailing in dynamic driver ear phones. The bass sounds perfect.. ex. here it is Bhumm (looks replicating as recorded) and even I can hear drums vibration, but in dynamic drivers it sounds Bhummmmmm (overwhelming).. I can wear these for long hours comfortably without irritation.. Looks, I have to find a perfect pair of ear buds for my ears.. rest all good..

Starting my Audiophile Journey with Kefine _ Klanar

As the title says, I have started my audiophile journey with the Kefine - Klanar and boy I think I have made the right decision. I took a long time to decide my 1st IEM, it started with Truthear Hexa, moved on to the Nova and accidentally saw the Kefine - Klanar in the same price range BUT with a price slash and decided to go with these babies.

Initial impression - Listening to this right off the box with the OEM cable with 3.5 mm plug, was not so convinced and decided to give it some time.

Gradually I switched to a Balanced cable and plug and I feel the drivers are burned in well now and I can clearly say I have made a right choice.

Sounds so neutral with any modern day recorded songs and at the same time if you listen to any old songs with a mediocre recording might fell the sound might tilt to being a bit to the brighter side, maybe my ears needs to get used it, Being a Planar IEM, Bass is handled at ease and does not feel overwhelming.

The only negative I could think of is, the vocals are sometimes not consistent.
And now I do not go anywhere without this.

Quite impressive magnetic planar driver IEM

The first thing which catches the eye about this IEM is the build quality and ergonomics, both are very impressive. After plugging it into my computer the sound quality amazed me. The crisp and balance sound signature is very impressive and the sounstage is phenomenal. Also the wire quality is very good and i am very happy with this product from Kefine
