I’m an iPhone user. I’m using lightning to 3.5mm adapter and not any special DAC. This KZ ZVX is having better sound stage and giving impressive output even at below 50% volume. Hope the burning in process will age it like fine wine.
This IEM comes with the foam ear tips. It gives the same sounding in silicone ear tips also. Really it’s perfect to analyse music. If you’re looking for a great and cost effective IEM, this is the right one to choose.

This iem has carry great built quality in this price range. Let's talk about kz zvx sound, bass have good body and texture better than castor Harman, male vocal are good great for female (neutral), I found tribble is lively but details aren't great as castor.

If you're looking for natural sounding signature IEM then look no further and get new KZ ZVX. It's so good that I ended up buying a pair, one with wired and one wireless with KZ Wireless Module AZ15 for travel and commute. It doesn't have thumping bass or vibrant treble, it produces literally perfect sound that musicians or producers want you to listen to, amazing product from KZ.

Well! Found it harsh initially but, as the days went by I started to like it. The treble which was harsh become less harsher like kind of crisp and enjoyable. The bass is smooth and punchy in a controlled kind of tone. The instrumental sounding is perfect as well as highs and lows are perfectly balanced.
Don't know but looks like burning in and extensive use made this IEM sound better. KZ's are truly the reigning kings in IEMs even in the competitor world, Just like Germans and Italians in Football World. Many teams will rise and fall and beat them, but, these 2 teams are irreplaceable. KZ are currently are such in the game.

Got it along with a bluetooth DAC (A&K XB 10) in Jan. Since then, my listening experience has changed. The sound separation is outstanding. I am listening to my favorite songs with an absolutely new-found amazement.

When i got the ZVX for the first time sound was good but after 9-10 days my left bud sounds lower in volume as compared to right one. I sent the iem back to headphonezone for warranty claim and they said "we couldn't find the defect in your unit" and they sent it back. Today on 12 August after almost a month when i received my iem back 🥲 Now right driver sounds lower as compared to left one. Like what the hell is this issue man. Damm you KZ and Headphonezone how the hell you couldn't find the defect in my unit and you call yourself professionals. I am frustrated. Now what do i do there is no official KZ service center in india.

Got the silver ones because some users reported paint chipping on the black ones. Coming to the performance of these iems, to my surprise they performed well with my apoco f1 and laptop without a dedicated dac since i saw someone complaining of low volume,however i had some trouble getting the right fit with the foam tips. When I did manage to ge them in, I noticed that the sound felt flat with no base at all. but after swapping them for silicon buds and burning them in for a good 10 hours I was able to feel the bass and relish the deep rumble these iems were claimed to possess. Although the bass isn't as boomy as more mainstream earphones like the realme buds 2 and my Nord wired earphones, the vocals were much cleaner with better details. the sound felt much wider as well since I came from a very budget mainstream set.
I expect it to be good at gaming, as I had a very good time watching Scarface on these iems,that is untill one of the metal casing fell off forcing me to return them.
I haven't got the new ones yet nor have I had the old ones taken from me but I hope that head phone zone will be able to resolve this issue promptly since it's been two days since I requested a return.
KZ-ZVX (Silver) is a beautiful metal finish ear plug. It looks stunning with a heavy feel though light weighted for the ear. It has detachable wire, with a transparent casing giving a look of copper and silver combination.It has an inbuilt mic and ear hook. I have purchased this for Samsung S20FE and with the help of a type c dongle connector it works well.
The sound quality is smooth, loud, and clear. I enjoy every bit of crisp clear music.

The Kz ZVX are quite diffrent from what KZ usually makes,.it is perhaps the most detailed sounding IEM in this price range.

Bought these to get the end notes in Michael Jackson's songs. I've got into an issue regarding sound imbalance and headphone zone rectified it. Thanks for that(no, you won't get a replacement). Could say this as "the worst tuned iem for some of you". The clarity in vocals are gone but the high notes are fine.
I was using tried and tested, good ol' ZSN Pro X and now tried this pair for the first time ever and I'm amazed how amazing this sounds, everything is so crystal clear that you'd feel a huge upgrade from ZSN Pro X. Everything from lows, mids and highs are perfectly balanced and blend so well together. If you're coming from any budget KZ IEMs you'd feel how well balanced it sounds, something I never expected from KZ, just wow.
The build quality is top-tier too and looks very futuristic without looking flashy, I don't know how KZ managed to come up with this but oh man, I love the design so much.
Remember this is not for average joes, it doesn't have the punchy bass you'd expect from KZ IEMs but very well balanced output, if you want to hear every detail in your music, this is it. Don't think twice, just get it you'll never regret buying it.

I have to give it to KZ, they do manage to keep innovating the aesthetics of their IEMs while managing to stick with a general shape that I find very comfortable.
