Replacement and installation was really easy but it seems more compresses in width as compared to older ones, maybe with time it will open up.
I ordered this based on the specifications for a Sony MDR HW-300 budget headphone that was lying unused for the lack of earpads. Surprisingly this fits perfect and the listening experience is much much better than the earlier stock earpads. Comfortable for long hours. Excellent.

Pads are nice , good quality. But after year or so , during humid condition due to sweat or something ,flakes starts coming off of surface.
Thanks for sharing your experience! You're absolutely right, over time, especially in humid conditions, ear pad surfaces can start to flake due to sweat and wear. It’s a common issue with synthetic leather. A quick tip: wiping them down after each use and storing in a dry place can help extend their life. Still, glad you found them good overall!

Meze - Earpads
Just got my hands on a new pair of meze earpads. They are as usual very comfortable to wear on. The soft memory foam works like charm. The attachment though is a bit tedious but not to worry they have a video guidance. Overall a good product...
Bought extra earpads with my meze headphones for future, seems as good as the existing so should be nice. Havent actually put them on, and probably wouldnt until a few years hopefully. Imagining it could be hard to find meze products maybe in a few years, futureproofing.
Nothing much to say here. After a while, the Meze stock earpads will give way, and you will want a replacement (in my experience, once every 1.5 years or so) and these are the same as the stock ones, and worth every rupee. Super comfortable. While these were out of stock a while back I bought a Brainwavz which I thought might fit it - it did, but it turned the bass so bloaty you might as well have called the headphones Beats99 Classics :D
Thankfully, these came back in stock and they fit perfect, feel perfect and more importantly, sound perfect. If you own a Meze 99C, get one of these - you will need them eventually and they will go out of stock here :)
