In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

In case you receive the Moondrop - Aria2 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

Great IEMs

These are one of the great sounding IEMs I have used lately. I got the red coloured ones; the finish looks really nice, they have a smooth velvety look, and the all metal construction comes across quite premium.

I am running them with the included 4.4 balanced plug, paired with Fiio K7 for desktop use, and with Moondrop Dawn Pro when on the go.

Sound quality - they sound warm and smooth and I found them to be perfect for long listening sessions.
Options of 3.5mm single ended and 4.4mm balanced plugs are a welcome addition.
The carrying case is a good addition to keep them untangled in your backpack.

Okay, I’ve been chasing audio quality for a long time now. Experimenting new iems and exploring music. See music is very important to me and I wish it is the same way for you. Moondrop Aria 2 my friends is the best thing in this budget to be honest (if you are using them the right way ofcourse) the right way? Stop listening on Spotify/ yt music right now, that thing is too compressed for something as good as aria 2. Try to listen to good audio sources like tidal/soundcloud/apple music/etc try alac (its the best imo) and if you love hearing the instrument separation, clean midd and such emotional vocal cuting through the mix perfectly with a sound stage so huge that it feels like a personal concert every time you put these on. Plus premium built and cables and that perfect warmth and balanced sound signature it’s just a treat! (P.S. I listened to so much music, reverse reverbs, tape hiss, analogue warmth, and layers that I didn’t know was there before in the same track until I got these!) Just buy it

Cons:
I had a real struggle installing the eartips
The carry box is too bulky and not ideal for carrying around everywhere in pockets

Amazing sound tuning and audio quality

Moondrop Aria 2 is an amazing IEM. As a beginner to IEM, I am really enjoying the music to the finest. Incredible details that were missing in my OPPO Find X2 wireless headphones are showing up on the Aria 2. I am really happy with this IEM and thanks to Headphone one for delivering it in 3 days.
