In case you receive the Simgot - EA500 LM with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. Unfinished IEM

If this is your first iem you'll love this,
It has that sound richness,Everything is mostly smooth and comfortable.

If you are an Audiophile youll have a hard time with these.
The bass is thick and always present with most songs.

Upper mids are pushed forward in the mix they are conjusted and crouded sounding.

Treble is mostly smooth,
But In loud volumes and on songs which does not have adequate bass the treble becomes issue.. Not sibilant but u cannot hear anything except that.. felt unbalanced.

Soundstage is just ok ok below average but not intimate.

Overall details and texture is above average its good here.

Sound Presentation is an issue for me it felt like ( Coloumbus, Rollercoaster in an Exhibition) Even How hard you try you cannot follow a instrument throughout the mix.. Sometimes it drags you into bass and sometimes upper treble.

Im calling this unfinished IEM because it wants to play intrumantals and acoustic music easily.. But the tone and timber of them is just 3/10, if your tracks has no of singers or two types if guitars, piano, drums they sounds equally "same", and violins and saxophones are pushed backward in the mix.

A good start for details.

I ran a few hours of test of the Simgot ea500lm on my dac EPZ TP50 + app USB audio player pro (in bitperfect mode).

PROS:
Good build.
Sharp in details and clean sound.
Analytical and staging is good.
Sub-bass and bass is good.
Bass doesn't bleed in mids.

CONS:
Treble is definitely way too bright.
Can be ear fatigue over long listening because of brightness.
Lack of overall warmth and uummff.

Conclusion:
Despite the brightness in treble, at this price point it's a very good iem to start exploring new details in musics and sounds. Had to replace the tips with spinfit and the cable just too thin for my preference. Also I found the black nozzle slightly damps the brightness better to enjoy long listening.

Test done on lossless HI-RES for:

- Staging with DOLBY Atmos 'Unfold' demo.
- Bass with MASSIVE ATTACK Mezzanine album.
- Drums + Guitars with TOOL, NIN albums.
- Vocals with OH WONDER, TRACY CHAPMAN, BJORK albums.
- Clarity and sharpness with KALYA SCINTILLA and SHPONGLE albums.
- Overall sound balance with DAFT PUNK RandomAccessMemories album.

TBH after using the crinical red zero , fitting was amazing , i am using spinfit OMNI and everything is beautiful about this IEM , from build to music
