What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

In case you receive the Moondrop - Chu II DSP with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession

Amazing sound for the budget !!

First of all, Thank you Headphone zone for the this amazing iem. I'm having a great time with Chu 2 and I'm shocked how much I was missing when I am listening to songs.

For the beginners audiophile, I would like to recommend some things that I have noticed as the beginner audiophile myself.
1. First thing you'll be hearing is the bass is missing if you're coming from the bass heavy earphones like myself as i was using cheap truke tws. But when i listen more critically, I realised the instruments like bass guitars and kicks are having different bass which I was not able to differentiate before in my cheap tws. Also snares and percussions are amazing to listen to, most of the highs were missing in my old tws. So bottom line, the instrument seperation is amazing and I'm hearing a lot of different instruments that I had never before.
2. Eartips are more important than I thought, even though the details in songs are amazing the bass was still missing, and looking at the equalizer in MOONDROP app, I could see the bass is boosted slightly. So I found the solution by using eartips from my tws and I could hear the bass instantly.
This is due to fitting and depth of ear, the eartips provided in Chu 2 box is not comfortable with my ears as i have shallow depth ears and it is not sealing it completely. If you want to get full experience do try other eartips from old even cheap earphones and feel which eartips provide good sealing. You can also buy extra eartips if the provided one is not working for your ears.
3. DSP Type C vs 3.5: I think this comes down to preference and songs you have. Type C DSP version will work with phone and also laptop with usb c port. The DSP in chu 2 supports upto 24bit/96khz range and all the songs I have in flac are in 16/24bit and 44.1/48kHz so it doesn't matter that much to go for a type c dac. For the price of 2290 I am satisfied with the earphone + DSP combo that chu 2 provides. If you happen to have songs more than 96khz then you can look for 3.5mm iems.
4. You might hear rattling with certain songs specially in Another Day to Die by Jack White and it is very noticeable in main chorus of the song. But this is due to metal body and it is mentioned in the card inside package itself so no need to worry about it but If it bothers you then you can look for non metal body iems. I bought it because I occasionally listen to rock and that too I'm only facing rattling in this song (song is not the issue, it sounds fine in my old tws but with poor instrument seperation).
5. As it's not been a week, I cannot say about the durability but what I've heard from other reviews and YouTube videos, it is durable due to its metal body.

Chu 2 is not for bass lovers but delivers a nice range of lows and with tight and punch that I didnt heard before so I don't have any complaints for the bass.

Durability+DSP+Mic at this price is a steal for my use case. Before buying iems make sure to watch reviews for the same. Chu 2 is nice for beginner audiophiles.
