In case you receive the Moondrop - DAWN PRO with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. An amazing Catalyst for any IEM out there!

Dawn Pro a micro DAC & AMP is just a supporting agent which helps to bring out true potential and music one have never imagined that their IEMs or headphones could sound this amazing.

I tried the Dawn Pro with couple of phones one was ROG 3 and another was POCO X5 pro. And IEMs and earphone used were Truthear Zero:Red, Moondrop ChU 2, CCA NRA and Sony MDRX55ap (Extra bass).

Actually these show different colours of LED indication depending on the music quality being fed to it.
The video shared was connected to ROG 3 via moonddrop chu 2.

When I use Zero:Red with these the bass and instruments were very much audio with huge sound stages huge enough to listen to different instruments from different directions with precious location. This happened with both the phones just the RoG was much louder compared to X5 pro

CCA NRA sounds very much bass boosted very V shaped sound but also there is lil defect with right IEM it starts to distort a Lil bit at higher volumes. Apart from that it was fun listening to that via Dawn Pro

The Chu 2 was my favourite to listen to with this Dawn Pro because it had right amount bass and vocals were crystal clear. I could listen with chu 2 and dawn Pro for hours, that much easy listening it was. Make no mistake the loudness is present like u can listen it with full volume on the Micro amp as well in ur phn u will deaf within an hour.

Finally the sony mdr x55ap sounded lound quite loud compared to all the above ones coz the frequency response fo those where till 24khrtz only where the IEMs had till 40khz and zero red had till 45kHz response target. But still there was details and clarity even with Sony it was such a bills to listen to.

The DAC also has app support which comes handy should try it.

The pic show connected to Mac, which gave huge amplification to the output of Mac but didn't see any difference in light colour when placed diff kinda of audio quality.

Also these seem to hav DSD idk what means or when it get turned on coz I couldn't find the signs of it turing on at all. As the mentioned in their "manual" is DSD is happening 1x then it will yellow colour and 2x times then purple somthing like that but it never happened to me i just wonder when it would ever turn on.

So in conclusion the Dawn Pro is powerful DAC/AMP in a smaller size and it is worth buying it and experience that premium tear music all the time.

Punches well above its price point!

This little matchbox sized device packs a hell of a punch. Gave my RME a run for the money. It's more resolving in the bass with texture.

Sounds fantastic with my Monarch Mk2 iem. This synergy could very well be my end game on the go. I cannot find any fault with this little beast. If the mix has it, it delivers. I'd say it has a tuning that works well with harmon curve iems, but I'm just getting started in this hobby.

The volume control with 100 steps works very well. The app is a bit fiddly, but once you learn it's one quirk, the filters actually work, even has a perfectly working low latency mode.

I tried my OG HD800 with it, power was surprisingly more than adequate. I'm at around 50% with the MK2 in high power mode, so it has plenty of headroom!

The one conn is the open holes for ventilation, I worry about splash damage.

On first use I thought the unit was faulty with distortion, but it was a user error, I didn't have the headphone plug all the way in. This is also another indicator of a quality plug, it has a very positive clutch action on both the headphone and USB C jacks. The volume buttons have a good tactile click to them as well.

I could easily stop here and live happily ever after.

But my curiosity is piqued, if this little monster can sound this good, it has only escalated an addiction I didn't know I had.
