In case you receive the Raptgo - Bridge with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

Decent sound

Super fast secure delivery from Headphone Zone.
The review:
Silicone tips are very hard to fit onto the IEMs. One has to battle with the silicone tips for a few minutes to fix them.
Left and right are not marked visibly on the shell but on the wires. The print is so small that it’s barely visible.
Fixing inside the ears is a bit of a struggle because of the shape of the shell. You cannot simply pop them off and on like with conventionally shaped IEMs.
The detachable filters are so tightly fit into the housing that it’s impossible to remove with fingers. A pair of filters got damaged while trying to extricate from the housing and the perforated silver covers got permanently detached. I finally had to use special curved pliers to unscrew them. After changing the filters, removing them from the bud had to be done again with pliers because battling with fixing the silicone tips tightened the filter fixed on the bud.
Sound: Reviews on the Internet are accurate regarding shriller tones and lack of bass. Bass is there but not overwhelming. Paired with Walkman NW 306, I need to set the higher frequencies (250Hz to 16K Hz) to zero or less than zero to avoid fatigue, and lowest frequencies to max. The sound is clear at all frequencies and not muddy at all. With judicious calibration of equaliser setting, one can get a good sound.
As a Sony fan, if I would rate Sony headphones as 100, I would rate the Raptgo Bridge at 80-90.

Good tribrid IEM

The only drawback is not sitting in the ears. Easily coming out for small head movement.

Not price worthy

Naturally more expectations will be there on tribrid IEMS with 5 drivers each side. But it totally disappointed me. Sound is not pleasant. Too much treble. No bossy. Even volume of high frequencies are reduced the boss is not improved. Three types of filters are supplied with this to customise the sound but considerable difference is not found. Further two switches are provided on IEMs to adjust high frequencies and gain. I tried in all combinations but no difference is found. IEMs are not fitted strongly in ears and coming out easily. Finally what I want to tell is it is not more better than an ordinary IEMs. It may satisfy the treble sound lovers I think.
