In case you receive the Shanling - UA2 Plus with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

You may not even realise it, but most of us use a digital-to-analogue converter (commonly known as a DAC) daily. I’m a complete beginner to Audiophile world. This is my first DAC. Earlier for around 6 years I have been using Sennheiser HD 4.40 consumer headphones. From this perspective UA2 Plus’s sound is amazing. I pair it with CCA Lyra IEM and this combination gives amazing audio experience especially while watching content on Prime/Netflix 4K. This DAC works really well with phones but as per my observation it works exceptionally well when connected to a laptop.

Only drawback is that LED indicator always indicates the same colour even though I play different quality.

Good purchase

The difference with and without the external dac is quite noticable. I feel like its a great purchase. But one problem is that it didnt work on my friends phone. The device was not being recognised. Luckly it worked for my phone and laptop

Compact with great sound

I am not an audiophile, but I always enjoyed music since childhood. Recently came across IEMs and when I bought one I hear the music like never before. When my new phone has no 3.5mm jack, started digging for some options to connect my EAM and came across these DACs. After some hesitation bought the UA2 PLUS. It is very compact and when I started listening the music is next level from EAMs. It has very crip music and I am really enjoying it. I had 100+ GB of FLAC songs and they sound amazing. But, still felt the price is on a bit higher side for this portable cutie.
