In case you receive the ThieAudio - Hype 4 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

INCORPORATING THE IMPACT 2 DRIVER TECHNOLOGY TO DELIVER CLEAN AND PUNCHY BASS

ThieAudio every launch has encouraged them to develop better-sounding audio solutions and utilize new driver types in their products. Hence, Hype 4 incorporates the Impact2 (Impact Squared) driver technology and last-generation Sonion drivers. The latest Impact2 technological innovation is the new subwoofer that consists of two 10mm composite diagram drivers arranged in an isobaric design. The 2nd 10mm subwoofer significantly aims to enhance the power and texture of the bass, with the in-house isobaric chamber design keeping the frequency and pressure on the same level (constant). The ThieAudio delivers a frequency response of 10Hz-22kHz, sensitivity of 105dB (±1dB) @1kHz and impedance of 17 Ohm. The ThieAudio Hype 4 aims to let you enjoy better-quality bass without compromising tonal integrity with this driver unit.

The Sonion E50 series (Hummingbird) is a dual ultra-tweeter balanced armature driver with accurate technical specifications compared to any treble drivers offered by Sonion. This driver unit provides a better ultra-treble extension that rivals EST or planar drivers as it lowers the driver vibrations and harmonic distortions at higher outputs. The E50 series is one of the most robust treble drivers ThieAudio claims to have tested so far. ThieAudio has updated the Sonion 26A series driver for the mids with the dual stacking (two units of this driver) for excellent output-to-THD ratios, delivering a higher perceived audio resolution, texture, and layer in your mids and treble. The 26A series driver provides superior tonal balance, particularly in the fundamental midrange and lower trebles. The driver unit is a near-perfect match to ThieAudio target curvatures. Rich audio and niche bass presentation

I am enjoying my time listening to these. Let me say a few words in layman terms (that's me btw). You get everything you pay for. No distortion, great layered audio, no complaints across the board. I got the white and it looks pretty epic to be honest! That faceplate is going to turn some heads and the cable looks cool too! The IEM is durable and very well made. No issues with QC.
Sound: You will enjoy listening to most genres of music. I use the inbox foam tips and they seal real good and prevent most noises from coming in and with audio playing, you will only hear really loud construction, traffic noises. The audio is rich and creamy. Vocal presentation and specialized bass are central to the philosophy that went into creating these. Voices sound super clear, emphasized a tad bit but never sibilant. Electronic music, pop music sound creamy and great and no range overpowers the overall song/track. Soundtracks (movies, games) sound good but lack a little in terms of openness and width. Mind you, I use a Sundara and it's an open back. What impressed me was its bass presentation. Bass, to my ears, is its specialization. It is not sub-standard overpowering bass but the different levels vis-a-vis mid-bass, sub-bass and it's clear distinction the IEM can effortlessly present that put a smile on my face. I listen to orchestral soundtracks a lot and so I don't look forward to bass as much as soundstage and clarity. Hence, I didn't even know that one could lay bass out on a table in it's many beautiful fulsome forms.

I love the Hype 4! You are probably going to enjoy its sound and like it for its uniqueness.
