In case you receive the Tripowin - Grace (MMCX) with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

Product does not work, poor service by HPZ (who might delete this review)

The mic of the product does not work at all. I bought this as a replacement to my existing cable so that I could use the mic, but it doesn't work at all. I tried with multiple phones from my friends, and different drivers - it did not help. So I thought to return the product, within the 7 day limit where HeadphoneZone (HPZ) assures that any product with defect will be refunded after return.

I went though the overly complicated return process and slow pick up. After several days I get an email from HPZ that for them the mic magically worked. Later realized from review comments on other products that this is something they do often. And now since they conveniently discarded the defect it clearly had, they would not refund it. They said they will send back the same defective earphone cable that was useless for me. When I told them I did not want that, they agreed for store credit. Now why would anyone want to use such a terrible platform which lists defective products and has poor buyer experience of constantly haggling with the customer "happiness" team for issues they can so easily resolve.

I would suggest:
1) Do not buy Tripowin cable
2) Buy from an alternative from an e-commerce giant, or offline - a place where customer has some value.

Now I just want to see if HPZ can even post this review.
