In case you receive the DUNU - TITAN S with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective 
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

Audiophile grade tuning at budget price

Just testing it for past few days.I have experience with some of best iems like moondrop starfield,7Hz timeless,aria.I have to say it is best ideal neutral iem in this super competitive price bracket.
Fit&finess wise it is perfect for my ears and cyberpunk design is just awesome but it is metal construction so,has a little bit weight but I don't think it is problem for anyone.
Sound wise it is neutral toned iem so, the sound comes in very natural way.It is so smooth and clean pretty ideal for anyone who is in instrumental and aquistic songs.The strength of Titan is details retrieval. It can catch the details from bass to tremble is very exceptional ( particularly details it can present in treble zone is heavenly). Imagination wise it is very good and soundstage has much width than height.I think it is really close with starfield
In details department and quite a margin superior with aria,but it's weakness(for some people)is bass department.For me the bass it has sufficient for me.
For those have dilemma between aria and Titan s let me tell you both of iem tuned in different way...aria has slightly v shaped Harman tuned iem where as Titan is tuned in neutral way. Aria has more bass than Titan where Titan offers great details, good imagination in the budget price range....I think two iems are such great iem for sure.

The undisputed king of under 100$ IEMs

Yeah. You read the title right. These are 17g monsters. The sound is gracefully neutral, retaining clarity even at 8kHz frequency, you're basically committing a crime if you're an instrumental enthusiast (on budget) and not decide to buy these. With that said, there is some shouty audio at really high frequencies at high volume. But for the price it equates to nothing.

I waited for 2 months so this would come in stock; and I really appreciate HeadphoneZone for replying to all my queries on this product while it was out of stock. The delivery packing was quite sturdy and the product box was unscathed.

Incase you guys didn't know Headphone Zone is doing the god's work for Indian audiophiles. This IEM is 79$ on literally every other market outside India. And if you're trying to import this it will cost you close to 13k Rupees. Headphone Zone is quite literally selling this to you for half the price! Thank you.

Good but is it worth the price.

Quality is outstanding and looks retro and love the fit and finish. Cable doesn't seem to be impressive but it's good and has no distortion on close proximity with cloths etc. Cable is too thin. The ear loop doesn't seem promising for ages. No bass and lows are lows. Soundstage doesn't seem to exist, noise floor is excellent BLACK. You get lovely timbre and resonance on this IEM. Fiio M11S fails to deliver bass to this as well alongwith Senn IE300. Sony DAPs fared excellent to deliver bass.

Dunu as done well and its a delight to see the IEM design, material used and case is just too good to see.

Why I didn't prefer this is due to lack of a good soundstage doesn't seem to exist and no bass.
