However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. K11 is one of the best neutral budget dac, amp

Absolutely happy with the performance of the product, there are a few glitches with the software but I am expecting them to be ironed out soon. Tested the single ended output with HD 650, HD 300 pro, HD 569, MDR 7506, SHP 9600, source was Apple hi res Lossless and lossless via iPad through usb c and lg Oled tv with optical input.
I am impressed by the quality and neutral sound of this product.
Power output is enough to drive the HD 650, would love to try the balanced output once I get the balanced cable. Got an ifi 3.5 mm to 4.4 mm to use the balanced output but unfortunately it has the exact same volume as the single ended output, maybe it’s a product limitation.
Please make sure you use this with a high quality audio source otherwise you will not be able to realise their potential.

FiiO K11 | A Newbie's Perspective

Hello Audiophiles! 🙏
Let me introduce myself, I am a novice in audio field. I have purchased Marshall Woburn II recently,😊 which is for me a dream comes true, because I just love it's sound. I love to listen good quality music🥰, so I preferred this. Later in search of good quality files, I came across some large format files such as FLAC's, DSD's, WAV's etc. I tried to play these over bluetooth, but I couldn't find any difference(Though I even can't realise difference between 128kbps & 320kbps, such a noob 🤪)
After intense research I found out, I need a DAC to bring the most out of these large files. And again after long time spent, I selected this FiiO K11, due to some vast recommendations.
So here is my setup; Woburn II Aux i/p connected to DAC's 6.3mm o/p an my Samsung S21 as a source player. Although I know Woburn is a bluetooth Speaker, but I really like the sound. First I played those files with default player, it sounded so bad, I was so frustrated😖. Then again after Googling a lot, I installed UAPP, and boom😲 I mean I was amazed.
So now I am playing some Retro Bollywood FLACs, International WAVs and DSDs, & really I think this is the true potential of both the speaker & DAC.🤘
To all the Audiophiles as well as HPZ Audio Experts, my humble request, please suggest me, If my setup is good or I need improvements and as Tidal is not available in India, and as a Android user, please suggest me some sources, from where can I get more HIFI music, whether it may be Hindi or English🙏
And for HPZ it's Thumbs Up 👍 I've not seen such a nice packaging from anywhere else. Strong Box, Bubble wrap, Cards etc.... very nice. I hope you guys continue this service in future too.

Opens up tunes unheard earlier in tracks. Far better than small form factor dongle form dacs

Sharing my review after 18 days of usage. Tested with Beyerdynamics Dt 880 Edition, AKG k275, Sony WH-H910n (via wired Aux cable) in Medium Gain & USB input mode. Beyer & akg took sounded better ,not as neutralish as quoted in some reviews. Bass is prominent with mid bass clarity & optimum sub bass presence. Flawlessly handled 192k PCM coded Flac files. Bass thumpyness also has satisfactory presence. USP being the Top part illuminated RGB pulsating/static Fiio Logo.
Being mostly metal head & hyperpop listener, worked fine. Intrument sounds which I heard for the first time after plugging beyer dt 880 ed cans to Fiio k11 was absent earlier even after playing LP flac files using my Dell Alienware inbuilt Realtek & Nahimic sound engine. Regarding Youtube & gaming working fine but dunno who's gonna spend 12k for enhancing sound quality for playing games & streaming youtube.
I was earlier worried regarding authenticity of device or whether refurbished, but that all was answered since Fiio devices comes with scratch card pasted on the device box with 20 digit code that can be verified over the Fiio Website.

Well what's the best part is the device works super fine with Samsung phones (used S22 Ultra) for testing with usb c to c male cable that comes with 45Watt samsung charger. While upon my enquiry headphonezone support did tell me theres shear possibility that it will work with samsung s series device so opt out of choosing fiio k11 if to be used with aforesaid as DAC. Also, Saw some reviewers sharing review that volume boost control not working with windows, i tested myself with windows k11 works fine but do have to installing Fiio USB DAC Driver Fiio_v5.58.0 erstwhile if one ends up installing Fiio_v4.47.0_2018-08-03 it will not show up Fiio K11. Sound quality is good I can tell that since I use multiple cans such as Buds 2 Pro, Sony WF1000xm3, Sony WH-H910n, Beyerdynamics dt 880 pro, Akg k275.
Regarding sound Signature k11 is more or less has a darkish flavour that works best with metal tracks.

Able to drive DSD 128 (.dsf) file smoothly without any hiss or hiccups on S22 Ultra in HiBy Music player app with DSD mode selected Native in HiBy Music setting.

Budget King Desktop DAC AMP from Fiio

First, Thank you Headphone zone for another excellent service and prompt delivery.

My trusty desktop DAC Amp, Xduoo XD05 Plus, finally given up after over 5 years of extensive use and I was looking for a replacement. I opted for the K11 because of its better performance to price ratio and high power output at 300 ohm compared to the iFi Zen DAC V3.

The Fiio K11's Sound quality is impressive for the price. It's a clean, neutral DAC Amp with no frequency bias. The biggest surprise is the expansive sound stage, providing a holographic presentation. The imaging is accurate. I love the AKM sound signature of the Xduoo XD05 plus compared to the Cirrus DAC chips in K11, the Xduoo XD05 is more musical sounding to my ears. But the K11 offers better background noise, wider sound stage and better imaging, better separation of instruments, and far better channel balance with 6.3 mm connection, which was a big issue with my Xduoo XD05.

Comparing it to the dongle DAC Moondrop Moonriver 2 Ti (which has the same Cirrus DAC chip x 2), the bass goes little bit more deeper and textured with Moonriver 2 Ti than the K11. The Moonriver 2 Ti has slightly better resolution and its able to pull out more details from good quality high resolution audio files. On the other hand, the K11 has wider sound stage and holographic sound presentation.

The K11's minimalist form factor bend seamlessly with my desktop setup. The operation of the K11 is very simplistic, though I wish it had a ON/OFF switch instead of holding down the volume knob.

Overall, I am satisfied with my Fiio products, from my first Fiio BTR5 to Fiio Q3 to Fiio K11. I would love to try out the ultimate Fiio K19 or Topping DX9 someday.
