In case you receive the iBasso - SR2 (Unboxed) with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective 
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession

Buyer Beware! Terrible Build Quality and non existant QC

Atleast my experience should warn off others from IBasso products! Please dont buy this headphone. They have no quality control and uses the fine print to deny you warranty cover. The SR2 I bought started shedding its black powder coat after about 2 weeks of normal use. I had used these headphones with good care taking into consideration its price. I have other headphones such as the Drop HE4XX, Senheiser 560s, Audio Technica M50x etc.. So I am not entirely a newbie to quality headphones. I bought this one based on sound signature, as suggested in online reviews. I would have taken a Sundara if if not for the build quality issues that plagues Hifiman. Also I wanted the the subbase and slam qualities of a good dynamic driver with a relaxed tone.

The sound signature of the headphone doesnot dissappoint. But it is evident that these cans are made by outsourced manufacturers with absolutely terrible quality control. I am now worried about the next thing that will fail with this headphone. I am sure I wont get any warranty cover.

If you have money to throw away or consider my warning as a disgruntled customers rant, please go ahead. Hope my cautionary tale would be taken seriously!

If the product had any manufacturing defect or was in this condition right out of the box, we would helped you immediately without any questions, however, unfortunately, cosmetic flaws or wear and tear aren't covered under warranty. In your case, as we are not the manufacturers of the product and the brand has also not authorized us to fix any cosmetic-related issues.
