When I first listened to music with these IEMs, it honestly felt like someone was shouting directly into my ears. The treble sounded too aggressive for me at first. Even after using them continuously for 2–3 hours for burn-in and to train my ears, the sound signature did not change much.
But everything changed when I started using EQ.
I was genuinely surprised by how well these IEMs handled EQ without introducing distortion. After tuning them properly, the sound became absolutely beautiful. I previously used the Tangzu Wan’er SG2, and whenever I pushed EQ on it, the sound would start distorting. These, however, handled EQ like a champ.
Now let’s talk about the real reason I bought them — FPS gaming.
Guys, I have been competitive gaming for almost 10 years, mainly games like PUBG PC and Apex Legends, and I have never experienced positional audio this accurate before. The sound is not just “left and right”; it genuinely feels like I can see with my ears. I can accurately tell where enemies are coming from, whether it’s distance, direction, or positioning. The imaging and soundstage are on another level for competitive gaming.
For music listening, I honestly would not highly recommend them unless you enjoy this kind of tuning. however you can eq it for liking anyway. But for FPS gaming? No second thoughts — just buy them.
Comfort-wise, I was worried before purchasing because many reviews said they are not suitable for treble-sensitive people. That’s why I bought them from Headphone Zone instead of Concept Kart, even though it was ₹550 more expensive, because I wanted the option to return them in case they didn’t suit me.
Surprisingly, after using them continuously for 4–5 hours, I did not experience any major discomfort or pain. Just a very slight pressure feeling that I usually get with every in-ear earphone anyway.
And the crazy part is — All of this testing and listening was done directly from my motherboard audio which is not that good(cheap motherboard), I have not even tried them with a proper DAC yet, which makes me even more excited to see how much better they can perform with cleaner output and more power.
The build quality is also seriously impressive for the ₹5K price range. The full metal build feels premium in hand, solid, and durable. Even the included 5.5 ft cable (mic version) feels high quality and much better than the cheap cables usually included at this price point.
The mic quality also surprised me. On Discord, my voice sounds very clear with almost no background noise, which is great for competitive gaming and team communication. I honestly was not expecting the mic performance to be this good.
Overall, for competitive FPS gaming, these are easily one of the best audio purchases I’ve made.
Hello Raghav, I listened to bunch of metal and hard rock and symponic metal songs. out of all one particular song stood out.
1) Inflames - not sure of they're symphonic or heavy metal. Their song (The Chosen Pessimist) intiial guitar note is missing when heard through Simgot but when heard frrom laptop speaker its normal. But I'm overall satisfied for now and will keep HPZ posted in next couple of days

ew200 is really good for pc gaming. I used to play Pubg pc, Valorant mostly. The quality of the iem and sound is top notch and footsteps are crisp.
But But But toooo much trebble audio from gun sounds ! manageable. Music perspective, Yes it works ( not an audiophile ).

Sounds crystal clear, treble can be a little much but can be easily tuned with any EQ. But clarity-wise, very good. Sound does not distort at high volumes. It has bass thump. It is NOT flat-sounding. Sounds just perfect with this EQ in Spotify.

After spending some quality time with the Simgot EW200, I can confidently say its a fantastic IEM for this price.It delivers an experience that punches well above its class, especially in terms of technical performance.
Build Quality:
EW200 impressed me with its solid build quality It feels premium and durable.Cable quality is also great for the price ,no complaints
Sound Quality:
When I first listened to the EW200, I did noticed some treble harshness, especially on certain tracks. But after a few hours of burn-in the drivers began to open up beautifully. The detail retrieval is astonishing at this price point Ew200 competiting with expensive IEMs.What blew my mind was the technical performance. Even though its a single dynamic driver, the instrument separation is on par with my KZ Castor Pro, which has dual drivers and was my previous favorite for bass and separation though it's an budget iem it performs well for its price range, coming to ew 200 what Simgot has achieved with just one driver here is really surprised me !
However, if you're a basshead, this might not be for you. The EW200’s bass is clean, tight, and controlled No bloated midbass. Sub-bass is present and well-textured, If you prefer bass-heavy sets, the KZ Castor Pro or Orivetti x HBB Blackbird might suit you better.
Vocals:
Now, vocals are hit and miss for me. Male vocals sound thick and natural, but female vocals sometimes sounded like bit metallic or robotic, likely due to the extended treble , little bit warmth is missing in vocals. This is where I feel Tangzu waner shines ,especially female vocals.For vocals Tangzu waner is best in class under 5k price range.
Detail Retrieval & Sound Signature:
This is where the EW200 shines. You can hear everything -every instrument, every subtle texture. It almost performs like a budget studio monitor for a single dynamic driver.But that also means it can feel sometimes analytical or even a bit dry at times. If you’re new to IEMs, you might not enjoy this sound signature right away intially so mind it before buying this IEM
I’ve had friends tried this and many said the same thing where is the bass? That’s why I wouldn't recommend this IEM to a beginner. If you're coming from Tws, Neckbands or Earbuds with V -shaped sound signatures, start with something like a KZ Zsn Pro, kz zex, Moondrop Chu 2, Truthear Gate or kz Castor Pro Bass version then gradually switch to more balanced or Neutral tunings like the EW200 or Truthear crinacle zero red ( mind it it's nozzle size is huge it'll be painful for ears)
Power & Pairing:
With a higher sensitivity of 126dB and an impedance of 16 ohms, it's very easy to drive,Our smartphones can easily drive it. But i personally suggest you to combine it with dacs , so you can push this IEM to it's full potential, budget dac is more than enough.
Final Thoughts:
The Simgot EW200 is not for everyone it's not a crowd pleaser it’s not a bass heavy nor its not tuned to impress you instantly. But give it some time, burn it in, and you’ll appreciate its detailed, and technical tuning.Tips : Stocks eartips is shit, Replace it with something good one.

Hello It's been a year since I used them and it's been just a pleasant feeling, have never heard this type of sound quality must say, it came with above my expectations. The delivering crisp and clear highs, a rich and punchy bass, and well-balanced that create a superb listening experience. I used them for long hours but they never made me feel heavy even though they are metal build.

It's been a week since I got them and it's been just a pleasant feel every time I wear them. They are heavy cuz of the metal shells but they don't feel that way after I wear them. They fit quiet nicely and the passive noise cancellation is pretty good too.
They are joy cuz: they don't have too killer highs that might kill your ears... they got this nice detailed highs that don't hurt your ears.
So the frequency response:
Highs- not too much but just perfect. Well detailed. Nice seperations and staging.
Mids- good. not extraordinary but nice. well detailed. Sounds natural and organic.
Lows- the low bass is .... extraordinary I guess... but the mid bass and upper bass are not up to mark for bass heads... won't make your brain tremble. But to me they are top tire cuz this makes the drums and kicks sound more natural.
(pros and cons without sound cuz sound signature varies from person to person)
Pros: looks good, nice build, good wire quality, a pouch provided too, the fit is nice for me[not with given eartips though], price is reasonable.
(extra: you can use this without a DAC; still sounds good without DAC)
Cons: heavy(I showed it to my arts teacher and he told me that he would use them as a self defense weapon cuz of their weight), the eartips that provided with the earphones are not for me(they hurt like hell) used my realme earphone eartips and they were far better.
And lastly I did burn them for more than 6 hours.

The Simgot EW200 has an excellent full metal built quality which will hopefully survive for a long time even with regular use. The sound quality is very good, it is balanced and has a good amount of lower end, the highs are a little sibilant and metallic which could be bothersome for those are very sensitive with higher side treble. Apart from that, the overall sound is perfect, Sub-Bass and mids are decent and balanced which do not overpower the other frequencies. The soundstage is not extremely wide but pretty decent and has enough room which doesn't feel narrow at any given point. Overall it is very good choice at this price range. Also the Packing and service done by Headphone Zone is excellent.!

This is one of my favourite IEMs so far. I have tried many IEM and I stopped searching further because I got what I need.
I paired them with Moondrop Free DSP as am using iPhone 15 pro to get maximum out of the best audio.
This one have balanced sound, good treble and required amount of bass.
I used them for pretty longs hours but they never made me feel heavy even with metal build.
