Customers praised the comfortable, lightweight design and excellent battery life lasting 12-18 hours. Sound quality is good with pronounced bass, ideal for calls and casual listening. However, some noted weak magnets, materials feel cheap, neckband slips off easily, and lacks auto-pause. A few experienced durability issues or connectivity problems.

Very light weight, buds are very comfortable in ears... I'm not sure about listening music on these earphones, never tried them for music, as i am an audiophile so i prefer big headphones made for music listening...but is simply great for bluetooth pairing and talking on phone
or whatsapp.. charge once, and lasts whole day... absolutely go for it if your purpose is same as mine... talking on phone or WhatsApp for long times. Never doubt Sony.

I bought this par in Nov 2020. I have used the earphones hard but taken care properly. It is showing its age. The right ear isn't working now. That has me looking for another pair. If not for the current problem, I would continue to use this pair. The sound quality is still excellent. No issues while connecting to devices(though I'd like if it had two device memory). It still charges and lasts about 12-18 hours. However, it shows significant cosmetic damages in the matte surfaces but those are bearable. After a while the buttons get worn out; especially play/pause button. The earphones' skin gets peeled as you use them.

Sound quality is good! Bass is more definitely but not too high to suppress other sounds. Overall a good headset from Sony. Buy if you are looking for signature high bass Sony sound and a comfortable fit for your ears!

First experiece with Headphonezones turned out very pathetic. Ordered Sony WI-XB400 for Rs.2499/-. The original box packing was already opened and just glued with a cellotape. Box pack was old and damaged and it appears a demo unit/used unit..Original white carton inside the box had turned yellowish once agains suggesting usage. Invoice says Uboxed item..Not satisfactory with the Purchase
Works great as everyday earphones, that’s easy on the pocket and get delivers decent sound with focus on bass. My only gripe with them are the lack of auto pause function and extremely feeble magnets that barely keep them together when not in use.

Took a few days (after the burn-out time) before sharing my two cents on this earphone.
Design & comfort
The earphone is extremely light weight & comfortable on the neck & ears. It tends to slip off though at times. But nothing to complain. Appreciate the magnetic tips.
Sound quality
It has got a typical Sony sound signature with deep base. Not for the purists though. As I'm a bass lover and Sony enthusiast, this is perfect for me. And keeping these things in mind, this is an awesome earphone at this price segment. Sound is not overly loud but keeps a lovely level.
Value for money
At 2790 and also considering the dearth if neckband styles for people like me, this is priced perfectly. One might argue that there are cheaper alternatives, but I feel Sony has priced it quite right.

Found few dirt inside box and also over earphone buds
Received headset within 3 days. Unboxing experience was very awful. I received an used product. I ordered it from HPZ, only because I don't trust sellers in Amazon and flipkart. But this time I'm disappointed. The seal was not there. The earbuds were flooded with earwax. Battery percentage was 70% ( should be 50% out of the box if I'm not wrong ). The headset is working well. Sound quality is excellent. The bass is really awesome. Soundstage average. Mids and highs are also nice. Nice headset on the go. Don't know why someone has returned such a nice headset, and also don't know why headphonezone has decided to deliver it to me. Earphones are very personal things, one should not reuse it in my opinion. That's why I'm disappointed.
