Conference speakerphone praised for crystal clear audio quality on both ends. Customers said "great sound" and "zero echo." Excels at meetings with 4-5 people. Works well with Teams, Zoom, Webex via Bluetooth or cable. Some concerns: volume slightly low for music, occasional mute/unmute glitches, and firmware improvements needed.

Really like the product, great sound for me and other side. I don’t have to keep muting every time on a conference call.
I liked the product as it is meant for conference calling. For music lovers it is little bit of disappointment as the volume effect is very low at highest level. Otherwise as the name suggest this is useful for conferencing with team of 4 to 5 people sitting together.

Great conference speakerphone!
The speaker/mic quality is very good. people at the other end have said the voice is very clear and I have tried to record and listen, its very clear.
But i see a challenge, where when I unmute there have been situations the person couldn't hear. I had to mute/unmute a few times..
Also, when not in use, and when I mute, the device unmutes automatically after a few minutes.
Unless I disconnect a device in bluetooth, I cant connect another one.
I see some software/firmware improvements are definitely needed.
For the price we pay, I dont expect such issues.
The Phonum is an extremely useful and effective device for conference calls and online meetings. Audio is crystal clear at both ends. The product was delivered within 2 days of ordering and I was very happy with the packaging. I also found it to be quite effective for casual music listening, watching videos, etc. Overall, very satisfactory purchase!

Great for conference calls on phone, zoom etc
Works well when connected to a laptop. It is possible to connect using Bluetooth or by using the cable provided. Phone connection also works well.
Not so good when connecting to a tablet.
The volume is a little low when placed outside the case, but if placed in the case, it is better. I think the case is able to focus the sound and make it louder. Although it is indicated for use in noisy environments, do not expect it to do wonders as far as the output is concerned. If the surrounding noise is more than what this speakerphone can produce, obviously it is going to be difficult to hear.
Coming to the microphone part, it works very well as advertised and the gecko 360 mode works well and is able to pick up voices from people speaking from any part of the room(probably 10 ft away from the speakerphone). Participants on the call in meetings are able to hear my voice clearly even if I speak softly.
It works with all common meeting softwares like teams, webex and zoom.
Overall a good addition for office calls especially during this time when working from home.

I have been using Phonum for close to two weeks now. Sound is very clear and folks on the other end are able to hear me clearly. I use it via Bluetooth pairing with my laptop and charge it via USB power adapter. For my use, I need to charge it once in two days. I wish it had an in-built standby option. Overall a great product and I am happy with it.
Delivery experience has been great. It was delivered as promised even during these pandemic time. No follow-up required by me. Packaging was also good.
i wanted a premium brand. still people on the call don't feel that they are hearing v clearly . even though i am sitting alone in the room and the fan is on. its good but not great
5 star for the product. Clear calls and no drop outs. I used it for MS teams call also and people on other sides were able to clearly hear me.
2 star on packaging and delivery. Felt cheated on delivery. Lot of scratches were visible on the control panel, the moment I took it out from Box. Visibly, used product was delivered to me.
4 to 5 persons can have a great conf call. Zoom or teams etc works perfect. Zero echo and zero drops . Better then bose or Jabra
