However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

    Keeping your entire collection of Hi-Resolution music in one place is the most convenient way of carrying your music library. However, Hi-Resolution files are heavy. Most songs in a FLAC format can be about 100mb per track. So more space is always better.


    Most players support both internal storage and expandable storage via an external memory card. Make sure you check both - the internal memory on players, and consider the maximum supported size of the expandable storage. It’s best to keep your library of offline files in expandable storage and use the internal storage for saving files from streaming apps.


    At the time of writing this article, MicroSD cards for 256 GB were easily available and affordable for less than Rs. 2000. Higher capacity cards are also available, but that seems to be the sweet spot.

Good features but lacks on sound quality

Build and features:
This DAP come up with very good build quality and has most of the features except system wide equalizer. It doesn’t come up with system wide equalizer so you can’t customise its sound signature according to your taste or headphones.

Sound Quality
It lacks in sound quality. Only mids are clear and prominent but lows and highs don’t have synergy. They are just life less .

Recommendation
I had been recommended this player by HeadphoneZone Guru and I wasted significant amount on them. I don’t recommend this DAP over other DAPs.

FiiO M11 Plus ESS is a fantastic all round music player

I will rate the Fiio on four parameters..

1. Design- The FiiO M11 Plus Ess looks absolutely fantastic, glass back with beautiful diamond like sheen and the front screen is also full flat sleek glass. The resolution is perfect and very clear album art. Also the interface is very quick and responsive. The weight is slightly on the higher side than a normal phone but this is a positive thing reflecting the high grade equipment inside and best build quality. The only negative is the leather cover which does not look or feel premium but we need to use this to protect the premium device. Overall 5 out of 5
2. Music quality - I primarily used the Pure Audio mode and the FiiO built in Fiio music App and its fantastic. The sound is sweet, refined, crystal clear and the system reveals and extracts the minutest details from the track. I only use Hi Resolution Flac for my music so that also ensured good sound. However some 320kbps Mp3s I threw at it sounded equally good, so good job FiiO. The good thing about the app is that it displays the sound quality of the source you are playing in Hz, bits and Kbps. Secondly, you can look up and update the album art from the menu options which is a fantastic feature, albeit a bit clunky. Thirdly, I threw every audio format including MQA, WAV and flac and it played these effortlessly. A double click also reveals a Vu meter kind of view which I really like on the FiiO. Overall 5 out of 5

3. The Android experience-Again fantastic, I used my YouTube music subscription and it worked flawlessly on Android mode and the music quality was excellent with none of the Android processing elements if any. I was also able to install maps and other apps which work fine, so overall good Android experience. The settings interface is a stripped down version but for what it's meant to do, it's excellent with all the relevant music settings enabled. Overall excellent Android music and apps experience. Bluetooth connectivity was seamless and Aptx HD really helps, so does LDAC. Excellent sound again. Top marks to FiiO
4. Finally , the other factors-Fast charging was excellent and obviously quick, battery life is very good, there is absolutely no heating of the device, the touch based volume switch is really cool where you just slide your finger over it, headphone connectivity options are multiple, and the looks are sleek and futuristic with just enough branding and certification logos to give it a sophisticated look.

Good Job FiiO and I am very happy with my purchase and my Headphone Zone Experience.

Very clean & powerful sounding DAP

FiiO M11 plus is neutral with slight treble boost. Very responsive and snappy UI compared to DX170 because of SD660 processor & 4GB RAM. All streaming apps work well even though it's not the latest android version. Hopefully FiiO will update the android version in the upcoming days. Overall, a very good DAP if you are into the FiiO house sound.

Absolutely fantastic mid-tier DAP

First of all, thanks for the swift and hassle free delivery, and the cards with songs of different genre to listen are a very welcome edition...
First week impressions are very positive about the M11 ESS, the bass is tight, layered and impactful but still stays in its limits, the midrange is natural, voices are very natural and lastly the treble is very much alive, without any spikes or discomfort.
The interface is fast, Android is well known and everything works smoothly.
Output power is good, but a bit more will be delightful, though no complaints.
Overall I am very satisfied with the M11 ESS
and hope to enjoy more everyday...it's a very good DAP, which does everything beautifully..
