In case you receive the V-MODA - M-200 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

Only for audiophiles

The M200's are the best flat sounding headphones for audiophiles.
My only gripe is that it gets uncomfortable to wear over a period of time.
Bass enthusiasts should strictly avoid it though.

V Moda m 200

The headphone is built like a tank and really well made, the sound is flat and could hear many subtle nuances and noises from the track which i didnt notice in both my m50x or from a properly treated studio with studio monitors. Comfort, that is the only issue with the headphone, the earpads arent deep enough for me so the drivers press my ears which irritates them so i cant wear it for more that an hour.

Used product/black cable not working

When I checked the product closely I can see two things which suggests its a used product. One was the black closing part for the headphone for one of the cable and secondly I can see slight black paint gone from one of the headband.
Black cable for V-moda not working. Only hearing sound in one side of the head phone. So I tried Orange cable and it works perfectly fine. We can hear properly when using orange cable. So it’s the problem with black cable only
