What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

In case you receive the HiBy - Digital M300 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

Made for right-handed people, I could still easily operate the M300 in my left hand, due to the smaller size. Those edges helped keep the M300 in place when operating, and I rarely hit buttons by mistake.
M300 an ideal gym, walking or general travel device, leaving the phone in the bag when all you want to do is listen to music or watch a video without being disturbed. M300 is a very interesting gadget.
System feels snappy and responsive, Android 13, Rich variety of available apps to install, Smooth, organic sound signature. The clear, bright display adds to its allure, accompanied by a decent battery life.

Terrific product! Simply mind blowing!!

It’s been 20 days since I started using it and the experience just keeps getting better day by day. I was on the lookout for a DAC that would not drain much battery, live long and present the music as is. I also use a pair of KZ ZAR iem. I generally stream my music and sometimes use files ripped from my CD. I really thank Shlok and Elijah the headphone guru’s for helping me out with my decision. Though I wasn’t able to visit a store in person and decide for myself, they made sure I made the right choice between the Hiby R4 and Hiby M 300 by knowing my exact requirements and budget.

Pros:
1) Excellent audio quality. It just brings out the tiniest of the tiniest detail in the instruments that otherwise gets hidden on my iPad or pixel or any other phone I use with my KZ ZAR. Plus the music is like making a painting on a black chart paper. Everything just springs up and you can clearly see them against a dark background of nothingness. This is something I’ve not experienced on my iPad and even iPod touch. That’s unique!!
2) Quick charging time. I get it charged completely in about and hour or two. I’m not sure but it always puts a smile on my face when I see it charged after I’m done cleaning my car which takes abt an hour or so 😅..
3) Feels compact in my hand. The last device that fit compact in my hand was my pixel 4a. This device feels compact and really really solid.
4) I can stream music, YouTube etc without draining my phones battery😁.. I’m almost unavailable on my phone when these are on and that sets me free from any notifications that would trick me into the net and stuff 😅.
5) It has the same audio quality on Bluetooth devices… even on my car's Bluetooth. It doesn’t sound exactly like on my iem but it really makes a big change when I play this on my Bluetooth devices against playing my phone on those.

Cons:
1) It could have had a proper glass on the front and back. My ₹10000 worth Redmi note 8 has a gorilla glass on the front and back and on top of everything it’s a phone. Would have loved some proper glassybits on a device that cost me ₹18000.
2) No water or splash proofing. I haven’t tested out (nor do I want to risk testing) this capability but I certainly don’t remember seeing any proofing.. would have been nice if it had those.
3) Kinda drains soon. I lose 15% on streaming for almost 2 hrs. Since I don’t see my phone doing this I feel like it’s draining sooner. But it also charges soon. So not too much of a complaint.

Last but not least I’d like to thank Jainy the customer happiness officer for helping out with my issue. My device wasn’t working well in the first week. Wanted to replace but Jainy helped sort out my issue which was caused by the case pressing against the power button probably. I used to get a *No command* error as though it was trying to boot in some safe mode. Now I don’t get that error at all and I’m happy with the product. Thanks a lot for the entire team at headphone zone for helping me get a truly brilliant product!,!!! I’m really happy and satisfied with the purchase!! 😊

Fantastic DAP

This is a little powerhouse, This has mid tier CS 43131 chip which performs excellent. Sound separation is very good little emphasis on mids so you get good vocals. Overall it’s neutral. Choose your IEM of taste and enjoy. Sound is not as vibrant as it’s big brother R6 pro II but it dose the job well. Wifi & bluetooth connectivity is effortless. The best thing is, it supports LDAC so feeds my Sony wf- XM 5 well to let me complete my workout session listening near CD quality music. Battery back up is decent enough (2000mah) gives you listening time of around 14- 16 hrs lossless at 50 to 60% volume. Get fully charged in less than 2 hrs by 5 Volts 2 amp charger. It has only 32 gb memory so I am sceptical to download my Apple Music songs in it coz it’s 20 gb of my fav songs. So I play directly from streaming services. Though it supports sd card but can anyone tell me how to transfer lossless songs in memory card. We don’t have Tidal or Qobuz here. Spotify yes supports but it’s not lossless. Only cons is that , company should have supplied a screen protector and a case with it. Nonetheless it is a powerful DAP in a small form factor. At this price point. Thanks HPZ for timely delivery and serving the true music lovers.

A good budget DAP

The Hiby DAP is well built and for its price has a good set of features. The screen is bright and has good resolution. The music sounds good on my sony xb30 speakers via the blue connection and using LDAC. I tested using classical music - vocal and instrumental. Having LDAC is definitely a good feature. Have not tested with a wired connection.

The interface is good and having a full fledged Android makes it easy to load apps for different uses. One of the main reasons I purchased this was that it has the ability to do Internet radio through Android apps. This facility was limited in the proprietary OS players.

I am subtracting 1 star because the battery drains too quickly with wifi on. With wifi off it is fine.
