What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.


What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

7 Day Replacement Guarantee

In case you receive the iBasso - DC-Elite with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

Not HiFi. HighestFi!

This dongle DAC sounds good. Seriously good. So good that it can give many desktop DACs a run for their money.

Pros:
1. Premium Titanium Alloy Build -- Built to last
2. Legendary DAC chip from ROHM -- Used in DACs that cost 10x more
3. 24-step attenuator for volume control -- Tactile, clicky volume control

Cons:
1. Ergonomics - Would have preferred the volume control on the side, or near the head phone jacks. Understandably, it might not be possible due to size constraints
2. Power -- At 280mW (balanced) it might struggle to drive demanding headphones, but it is perfect for IEMs
3. Stepped Attenuator -- Can create unwanted sounds when adjusting during playback. Be careful with sensitive IEMs.

Came to the following conclusions after extensive hearing with Hifiman Sundara, Aune SR 7000, Kiwi Ears Quintet, and RHA T20.
1. Transparent and neutral -- Minimal to no coloration of sound
2. Extremely dark background -- Zero hissing on even super sensitive IEMs
3. Excellent dynamic range -- Music is juicy and has weight
4. Spacious sound stage and precise imaging -- Doesn't subtract from spacious sounding gear
5. Great detail retrieval capabilities -- Can hear micro details in the mix

Highly recommend this DAC is you have, or plan to use, great IEMs and want no compromises with your music.

iBasso - DC-Elite is truly Elite !

I am not much into the Dongle territory. But I tried Cayin RU6 sometime back and I liked its melodic sound and convenience. I am still using it on and off when I travel. Recently I was watching some random YouTube review on USB audiophile dongles and how they are fast advancing. That's how I ended up buying iBasso - DC-Elite. After some burning-in time, when I started listening to my Tidal playlists in Android phone through Senh-IE 900 and Meze 109 Pro, it was just fantastic. It turned out to be a revelation. The DC-Elite is so resolving, spacious and musical that it can definitely topple several higher end DAPs, I mean it seriously. It is a beautiful piece to look at also. Everything (incl. leather case) is top notch about it. I am so happy...

A Premium Portable DAC

Sound Quality:
The iBasso DC Elite delivers a controlled and relaxed bass with excellent sub-bass extension, though its mid-bass punch is less aggressive than the Moondrop Moonriver 2 Ti. The mid-range shines with beautifully rendered vocals and exceptional clarity, creating an immersive and spacious experience. Layering is strong, with a wider, more open soundstage compared to the Moonriver 2 Ti. The treble is detailed and well-extended, yet smooth and non-fatiguing, and has precise imaging, wider soundstage, adding depth and realism to both music and movies.

Comparing to my Hiby RS2, the DC Elite excels in instrument separation, detail, clarity, and soundstage despite the RS2's warmer, smoother R2R tonality. It effortlessly drives demanding headphones like the HD600 while also pairing well with sensitive IEMs. This is the first time, I hear any difference in digital filters. The DC Elite’s two digital filters make a tangible difference, especially in the treble: "Fast Roll-off" adds bite and attack, while "Slow Roll-off" offers a smoother, more relaxed sound.

Couple of issue I had with the DC Elite are,
1. It is susceptibility to RF noise interference from mobile phone.
2. It sometimes freezes when disconnecting and connecting.

Overall, the iBasso DC Elite is a premium audiophile-grade portable DAC Amp that delivers exceptional sound quality, a wide soundstage, and impressive technical performance. However, it lacks several features like Bluetooth etc. found in other portable DACs on the market today at this price tag.

The connection problem with my previous DC Elite unit was due to it being a defective product. The Headphone Zone team was very helpful and graciously provided a replacement. The new unit works perfectly without any issues.

Truly elite!

The iBasso DC Elite is an excellent addition to my collection. It is warm and analytical at the same time, and I am surprised how a device can be both so perfect and beautifully. Its soundstage, imaging, and positioning are deep, wide, and accurate. It also synergizes well with all my IEMs.

The Cayin RU7 is a device that just supplements the Elite, when one is in the mood for an analog and musical sound, and one that doesn’t compromise on details. Its on-sale price at 20k is a no-brainer. At 27k too, it’s still a great device, period.

Owning both these devices completes my collection in a very satisfying manner and at times it makes me rethink owing my HiBy R8 DAP.

Good stuff.

This is definitely special and talented. I have never heard music presented this way before, definitely flagship quality. This definitely makes you appreciate how talented the artist is. I never knew music was so beautiful, and this is just listening through the 3.5mm with Simgot ea500lm. This is definitely an emotional experience. You really feel the emotions of the voice of the artist. It made me feel things that I did not know I had in me. I dont know what else I have inside me, but I will definitely be made aware of it when I get my Sony IERZ1R. I am plesently surprised.

Provides wide neutral sound stage. Helps in details retrieval without any colored sound. Well build. Ifi gold bar provides colored sound with higher power output. So it depends on individual choice.

The definition of Grandeur, Perfection, Addiction. Words are not sufficient to describe this masterpiece, this Gem of a gadget.
My advice and recommendation to all connoisseurs of quality audio - Just go on and grab it and get lost in Audio Nirvana.
