I loved the boom boom headphones make in my ear. I thought I am feeling the music...but, I was wrong. Let me make somethings clear. I have used a JBL over the yead headphone and an earplug that came with Asus Zenfone 5. Also, I listened to Sennheiser cx275s.
I really loved the JBL one for its bass. I also liked the smoothness of Asus. About the cx275s, I hated it due to the high pitch noise it made, low base and was really uncomfortable to hear on high volumes. So, I was very skeptical to earphones as sennheiser is one of the top brands.
Now, coming to our topic of discussion, E10C. At first I thought, ohh...nothing is exceptional, everything is just OK...I was dead wrong. As I kept hearing my favourite song on this new headphone, I kept on finding new music elements in it and it is surprising because I have heard that song over a thousand times. The base is not high so that it overlap other things neither low so you think something is missing. It is just perfect.
(Important to note that base is best when your plugs are completely sealed so please find the pair of caps for you.)
Treble is balanced, it is not like something piercing in your ears. It is sweet, smooth, sexy. Raghav said in his review that sound feels like coming from a hands distance. Either I like this thing or I am not pro like him, but, I didnt experienced what he said.
Now about the mids. It was nice and detailed. Overall, a very balanced earphone.
Coming to the cons, the headphone is not loud. Maybe thats why it is melodious...I cant say. Maybe due to its 46 ohm resistance. (Please google about this. Most headphones have 16 ohm resistance).
I am considering this as con but maybe in a long run this is a boon to me as I always listen at near max sound which is not good to ears(I know!).
Build- Overall looks nice but not premium. Everyone thing I have bought a local 100 rupee headphone which makes me mad. Wire LOOKS delicate but IT IS NOT. Believe me I stress tested it lol.

my left earbud started making cracking noise within a month for warranty you have to courier it to Delhi for which you have to pay from your own pocket didn't expect that a trusted site like HEADPHONE ZONE would sell products(brands) like this which asks to pay for promised warranty
I love my pair of e10c earphones! They feel well built. The shiny cable may be off-putting to some, but I personally don't find it problematic. The sound is amazing. I purchased the add-on pair of Comply earbuds - they are great too! The only downside I found is that it's a little difficult to distinguish between the three inline controls. Trying to pause the music, I end up increasing or decreasing the volume 2 out of 3 times, but hopefully, I'll settle into that soon.
On sound, the e10c is beautiful! Very crisp, and enough bass for me too - those who find the bass not up to their personal mark can tweak the EQ settings on their device to get a boost.
Good going SoundMagic, and amazing packaging and sevice @headphone Zone!
Lacks punchy bass, but sound quality is good. A lot of accessories given.
I ordered the black-gold model of these earphones two weeks ago, and they haven't disappointed me. The gold colour is infact rose-gold, which I was told looks very classy when I began using them. The cables are twisted as stated, and actually do aid in reducing the tangling. Personally, I find the red and blue indications very helpful to speedily determine which ear to place them in. The mic is also working very well along with the remote functions to adjust the volume, play/pause/change songs and answer calls. The bent plug along with the light weight are also preferences of mine. One of the best parts for me though is the 7 pairs of silicone tips included in the box, because I was heavily prone to losing tips with my last earphones. The sound quality is nice with good clarity, but I'm not so sure about the bass. Taking the opinion of 1-2 friends too, I did realise that the bass was not as heavy as it was made to seem, but I'm yet to explore more music with these. Lastly, it is possible to lie down on your side with these shoved in my ears without undue discomfort, so that's a bonus for a bed lover like me. Overall, I think they're a great steal in their price range.
