Most comfortable headphone ever used, does not feel like wearing a big headphone, cooling gel-infused earpads keeps cool. A soft material used where it touches the skin feels like soft pillow, materials used are great. Can use it for long hours.

Audio -
Now the main part...this headphone does not comes out of the box with best audio output, you have to tweak it in synapse, some users found this product a bit disappointing in audio but not to worry, you have to change some settings and its all fine. Remember it is a gaming headphone not for music, it is specially for the environment of gaming that makes you feel like you are actually there. If you prefer music then there are other options. But if you are looking for gaming headphone, the environmental sound specially the explosion sound vibrates the earcups... music headphone is not gonna provide you what this headphone can.
I have been testing and found the best output:
1. The equalizer has several preset, you select which preset you like or manually change it.
2. Set the "Razer audio controller - Game" as default device in audio settings and always use that, do not change it to "THX Spatial - Synapse" as I noticed it creates bass distortion a lot and it suppresses the high pitch sounds like explosion and gunshots.
3. It comes with lot of bass, if you feel it overwhelming then you can lower it with controller.
4. It is best to max the volume in controller box and + - adjust with the wire small controller when needed.
Use these settings, and I also think its performance gets better in some time.
The only thing I did not like is to register your product you have to remove a earcup to get the code, I mean who wants to remove earcup of a new headphone >_< . The harder part was to place the earcup back, try to match the stitch lines in bottom that will help you.
Overall... I am really happy and satisfied with this beast headphone.
